Who: Kramm, Tyrion, Crowley, The Iron Bull, Natasha
Broadcast: private
Action: The Vanquish
When: This evening

[It's officially done! Kramm's first batch of home-brewed goodness. He's got three barrels that he's prepping for the special guests who would get a first taste, and if everything come out alright he might possibly have a business venture out of it.

Somewhat of a momentous occasion for him - since he's used to killing things and wreaking havoc for a living - he wanted to make it a small celebration of creation. It's something of a private event, though, and party planner he is not. He does set up a table with cluster of dented metal mugs for the tasting. It's not much, but he's proud of it.

Once happy with the layout, he opens up a filtered post to the lot of them - friends and prospective employers alike - and starts the feed off with a big doofy grin.]

Hey folks, beer is ready when you are!

Who: Sansa Stark
Broadcast: Fleet-wide
Action: Marsiva
When: 26 October

( Sansa feels as if she's been asleep for quite a long time. She doesn't remember dreaming, necessarily, and she doesn't know precisely why she's on the Marsiva instead of in her own quarters on the Huntress. None of it feels quite right, or natural, but after taking a few moments to get her bearings she guesses the best way to find out what is happening is simply to address the Fleet. )

Have any of you ever gone to bed on one ship and woken up again on the Marsiva? I've never had this happen to me before and while sleepwalking isn't foreign, sleepwalking and taking a shuttle is something else entirely.

( Sansa supposes she might have left the Fleet and come back, somehow, but if she has, she has no memory of the intervening time. She has nothing to account for having left and returned to Westeros and come back to the deck of the Marsiva and it's a bit concerning; gaps in her memory cannot mean anything good. Has she been ill? Poisoned? Who knows what the Lords of Atroma might have done for ratings? )

If I haven't walked in my sleep, I guess I might have disappeared but I have no memory of doing that either. I know this is a strange question to posit to the Fleet entirely but I simply cannot let it rest until I know something more than I do now.

Who: Baku & you
Broadcast: fleetwide
Action: Caprine if you're so incline
When: now (October 26)

[for the unaware - which is a lot of people - Baku has an office! And she's made it spooky for this particular broadcast; which is to say, she's turned off the lights and lit a few candles to fit the mood. You might even see some glowing eyes in the background every so often - but no worries, that's just her leopard prowling around.

But shhh, it's totally spooky, shut up]

Around this time of year all of the really scary stories start getting passed around at school, so I thought I'd keep up the tradition, even though I'm not there right now and it's a little early.

One of the more popular ones at my school is Aka Manto - the red cloak. He's a ghost that haunts the old bathroom on ground floor. It's said that if you end up using it late at night, that you shouldn't use the fourth stall, or else he'll come to you. And that he's so charming you won't be able to resist answering his question.

[she props her chin on her hands] So he'll come to you and he'll ask, "Do you prefer the red cloak or the blue cloak?" If you answer red, he'll make it so you have a "red cloak", by cutting you. If you answer "blue", he'll drain your blood. [a hum] There's a way out of it, of course, because there always has to be, so I wonder if anyone knows or can guess the answer.

So that's my question to everyone.

[a considering pause, and then:]

Or - ah, or even better, you could share your urban legends from your world, if you'd like. Those are always fun, and it is the season for it.

Who: This fighty princess
Broadcast: Video
Action: S.S. Bishop for interested parties
When: Earlier today (morning)

[Looma not being terribly social wasn't news in itself- if anything, many people probably considered her keeping to her own affairs to be a good thing- but what might have raised a few eyebrows was her ship. Over the past few weeks, the S.S. Bishop had been steadily been adding new weapon emplacements one after the other, until it was just bristling with weaponry. Everything from point-defense weapons to a variety of heavier artillery pieces. Several of which might look familiar to anyone who'd been involved in any of the fighting back in the Lato’li system a year ago.

Though there was certainly a more unfamiliar addition, in the form of a much larger cannon mounted to the underside of the hull. And while that single turreted cannon wasn't enough to turn the ship into a proper warship or let the captain glass a planet, it definitely looked as though the ship was turning into something far more capable of holding its own in a scrap.]

I require assistance. The Bishop has recently completed a large-scale refit, and I would like to conduct a series of tests on the new weapons systems. And for that, I require a pilot.

[She's making that request with her usual enthusiasm, which of course means none at all. And if anyone thought that meant she'd been pressured into asking for assistance from someone else, well, they'd be right. And any lingering doubts an outside observer might have had would likely be cleared up by her continued grumbling.]

To be clear these tests do not require a pilot, but it has been stressed that there might be concerns if I began test-firing everything while in such close proximity to the rest of the fleet. To say nothing of the settlements below.

So, see it as performing a kindness for everyone else. Because I will conduct these tests before we leave the system, one way or another. I will not allow this ship to leave before first ensuring this project was completed to my satisfaction.
