[Here's a face you haven't seen in a while, flooters. The shaggy dark hair, the scrawny arms, the gap in his front teeth--yep, Hiro Hamada has not actually gone home.

[He is asleep, though, it seems, lips barely parted as he takes in shallow breaths. But after a moment of this, he starts to stir. His eyes flutter open, and he squints at the ceiling. Something is wrong, here.

[His voice is a laughable croak, and he starts coughing.]

[He sits up, looking around, and it starts to dawn on him that... actually, this does look a lot like the Bishop. Just... different?]

... Ohhh, crap. [There he goes, recognizing that he took one of those coma naps. He drags his hand down his face. He doesn't realize he's being recorded yet.]

Christmastime just...isn't a great time of year for me. My father died around then and it's my birthday too and... [He offers a shrug] Sorry. I doubt I'd be good company.

And that's okay, you don't have to do that. I'm fine. I don't want to ruin everyone's Christmas just because it's not a good holiday for me.

Dude, you're not ruining Christmas. We can do a little thing for gift-giving in Christmas that you can skip, and then we'll just usher in the new year by stuffing our faces with all the stuff we forgot to eat this year.

It wouldn't feel right to gorge ourselves without you. This way we can fit everything in.
