[ This time, when Solas wakes up, he doesn't fall out of the bed. (There are small mercies.) Instead, he stands, a little unsteady on his feet, but rising to appear taller and a little stronger than the last time he was present on the fleet. His clothes, too, are different, and he looks a little more... Regal than he had been. He's certainly less on edge than his first arrival, shifting to realign the video feed so he can tilt his head, almost smiling. ]

The Marsiva, I imagine.

[ He doesn't want to ask if anyone he remembers is around - a part of him is afraid of the answer. It could be that they've gone and relived things just as he has, and if that's the case... Perhaps it would be better not to spend too long searching for them. If they wanted to speak to him they would find him; it's never stopped them in the past.

Still. ]

I should welcome myself back. [ A pause, then - ] I am Solas, for those that don't recognise me. 

[ What else can he say? He turns his head, gaze set for a moment, before he simply fights a sigh and turns the feed off. ]

It seems most do, for which I am thankful. They are rather misunderstood creatures.

I wouldn't know. I've never ran into one myself.

Perhaps that is a benefit to you. They are rather territorial, and will attack if they deem it necessary.

Sounds like some people I've met before. But if you want your space back on this ship, I've only just got here. I don't mind giving up a spot for someone more attached.

I believe a friend of mine has already taken that task onto her shoulders. Your kindness is welcome, however, and I thank you for it.

Well, the offer is still out there, either way. Assuming said task doesn't involve me, a sack, and the nearest airlock.

I'm certain your captain would have something to say if I even made the attempt.

[He has to deal with two. As if he didn't have enough things on his plate.]

[ But mostly Jove. Because he is whipped. ]

Maybe you can clear that up for me. I got some of the story from Cole, but he's... not exactly the easiest guy to follow sometimes.

[He means that in a very kind way.]

I'm afraid I may well have less answers than you. I know only that Jove came to the position and she is rather talented at leadership.

[ And he softens, ever so slightly, at the mention of Cole. ]

He is marvellous, isn't he.

[Well... so much for that. Everyone is certainly in the Jove fanclub though.]

He's something else alright. I've never felt anything like him before.
