( 001 )

Who: Solas and everyone!
Broadcast: Fleet-wide
Action: On board the Marsiva, should you want!
When: 20th onwards

[ This time, when Solas wakes up, he doesn't fall out of the bed. (There are small mercies.) Instead, he stands, a little unsteady on his feet, but rising to appear taller and a little stronger than the last time he was present on the fleet. His clothes, too, are different, and he looks a little more... Regal than he had been. He's certainly less on edge than his first arrival, shifting to realign the video feed so he can tilt his head, almost smiling. ]

The Marsiva, I imagine.

[ He doesn't want to ask if anyone he remembers is around - a part of him is afraid of the answer. It could be that they've gone and relived things just as he has, and if that's the case... Perhaps it would be better not to spend too long searching for them. If they wanted to speak to him they would find him; it's never stopped them in the past.

Still. ]

I should welcome myself back. [ A pause, then - ] I am Solas, for those that don't recognise me.

[ What else can he say? He turns his head, gaze set for a moment, before he simply fights a sigh and turns the feed off. ]

At least you didn't do what I did and almost take yourself out on one of those... ah, what are they called? The cumbersome thing people run on to get exercise. [All this damn new terminology.] Tr - Treadmill! That thing. [It was pretty damn embarrassing.]

Oh, of course. Grey Warden. Sort of a requisite.

[No, shush, they're awful cesspools. Second worst dungeon in Origins]

I had not either until I arrived here. They're tricky things. Do be careful if you try one.

[Translation: don't be like her and screw with the controls and make it go super fast.

She catches that look, and a part of her stirs with unease. She knows the people of Thedas tend to have mixed opinions about the Wardens. But she isn't sure what to make of Solas' reaction. Or lack thereof, really.]

It does. Though we don't spend quite as much time down there as everyone thinks. [Buuuut she's not exactly an expert. Her initiation and first year with the Wardens was not exactly conventional.] Then again, we're post-Blight and it's said they recede even more in the years immediately following it. [Except for whatever the Void is going on in Amaranthine at the moment, but she won't say anything about that. There's nothing to tell, anyway.] So perhaps I won't get to go down there for awhile. Woe is me.

Well, of course. They-

[Wait, hold up.

What?

Her eyes narrow suspiciously; his words make no sense to her. Inquisitor? Sealing tunnels in Ferelden? Since when?]

Those are typically jobs meant for Wardens. And I do not think Thedas has had an Inquisitor of any sort for a very long time. [She assumes, of course, he talks about the old Inquisition that led to the forming of the templars.

But now that she's thinking about it, another elf she spoke to here mentioned there being time shenanigans with the people from Thedas.]

...what year was it when you were taken from Thedas?
