Hello, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction for finding cooking ingredients. I'd like to make a cake, chocolate cake. There's an occasion coming up and I'd like to be able to share something special for it.

Do ponies have magic too, like some humans?

Only the unicorns can cast actual spells. Well...alicorns, too, but the alicorns are something higher. Regular earth ponies like me can't cast spells, I guess the pegasi almost do magic, they control the weather.

Well, I think you're pretty spectacular just as you are, magic or no. And surely making parties better and making people happy is a kind of magic.
