Not unless they contact us first. Which has happened a couple times. I believe two people by the names of Diamond and Bleu are the spokespeople for the Atroma, but they haven't contacted the Fleet very often. Or lately, I think. If you'd like to know more about that, you can ask for either Captain Clay or Nightingale, they both told me about them.
