[Daenerys hadn't even had fortnight to settle in, to take in the situation she's found herself in. One moment she was in the almost safety of Drogon's company and the next she was surrounded by Dothraki. Now? She was.... looking at a strange speaking device? She learned enough that people could communicate with it, but not enough right away on how to do so herself. It takes her a moment to figure it out and when she finally does, her violet eyes are still wide with concern on the video feed. Once she realizes it's working, she tries to go for a more calm and assertive outward appearance.]

To think that such a place would be capable of stealing so many from their homes. I can't imagine the ransom they'd be seeking. I wish to speak to whoever thought it wise to attempt such a feat and if any others can provide valuable information, mayhap you'll receive a reward from me in return.

[Mostly her eternal gratitude, given that she had little else on her person in the way of money. Carefully, she tucks a stray silver lock behind her ear. She wanted to ask where Drogon was and yet she knew outright asking her captors where they'd taken her dragon might be too foolish of a thing to attempt.]

It'll be all right. [She can't really promise that, but she can at least pretend to be calm.] I've yet to see anyone that looks very happy about being here.

They'd be a fool if they were, I should think. As for all right I'm not so sure.

[She really misses Drogon right now.]

[Still not sure she can trust anyone but it didn't hurt to supply answers that weren't lies if she were to find Drogon]

My dragon. He's rather large so he's not hard to miss and he'd probably eat anyone who got too close.

A dragon? [Not what she was expecting to hear.] I think you're right if you assume he's not here, given that there would likely be a massacre.

Dragons need food, so I wouldn't be surprised. Drogon isn't terribly picky who or what he eats and often fights with his brothers over prey.

[Proud mama? Y u p. She gives a placid sort of smile.]

He's my child and I mean to find him, if possible.

I was brought here alone despite being with others. A dragon may not have been their flavor of entertainment.

[As entertaining as bears at a wedding.]

[Sadly crazy runs in her family. There's that old saying about Targaryens: every time a Targaryen is born, the Gods flip a coin. At least, she's not as bad as her father?]

So, by that logic, perhaps he was left behind?

[Drogon would probably eat whatever crew she found herself on, so it's probably just as well. He's a growing boy, after all!]

Most likely. I don't think space is a place for a dragon.

[It might give her a job to do, if a monster needed to be killed, but Ciri's not that desperate.]

I felt more safe on the ground, ironically. This place... I still don't know what to make of all of this.

[The fact that their vessel rests in the sky is still mind-blowing to be honest.]

Neither do I. In situations like this, it's probably best not to think too much about it--and perhaps avoid looking out the windows.
