Who: Uchiha Sasuke+YOU
Broadcast: Fleetwide
Action: SS Huntress
When: Jan. 31
A few things.
There are a good number of fighters here or people otherwise trained in combat. I'm interested in observing people's abilities or training, or at least discussing what they can do. Spars could also be arranged if you want some exercise.
Secondly, I'll take recommendations for good literature available around here.
Finally, if you know how to knit or crochet then I'll offer you up to ten credits to watch you create something.
[ Yeah, this isn't weird. For anyone interested in action he'll be holed up in his room on the Huntress! ]

I've been all through the datary, there is some fascinating stuff in there. I'd be more than happy to point you toward my favorites!!

... slow down. If you have recommendations then state them one at a time and in a calm manner.
Re: voice
Do you prefer fiction or nonfiction? Most of my recommendations are the latter. Oh and would you rather have physical books or downloads?
voice
I don't have a strong preference either way; both can be useful. But I'd prefer a physical book.
I hate this technology.

There's a really cool encyclopedic series in the physical materials section on the civil uprising of the Hzzgrogr people from the Iilmani system. It's about six volumes so it's pretty hefty, but there's several centuries' worth of information in there and it's a pretty wild ride the whole way. Plus the author organizes it more like a series of legends rather than strictly informational, so it's pretty fun to read also. [Of course Sorey likes reading the boring shit too. Because he's a fuckin' nerd.] I think the filing code for volume one issss... I.H.3055.21.1? Or it's 31.1. Don't quote me on it.

Don't worry, I won't.

It sounds like something that would interest me, though it's somewhat callous to call something like that a 'wild ride'. [ Uchiha Sasuke just called you callous; how does that feel. ]
Did you actually read it all that quickly?
voice
Within a couple days. It's not a difficult read, there's just a lot to absorb.
voice
Absorption of information is nothing to me. Tell me your name.
voice
Sorey, [he says, with a hint of a laugh. what a pushy guy. it's kinda funny though.] I have more recommendations, if you run out of material.
voice
I'm going to run out. I read quickly and there's far too much time in this place to do nothing.

Don't you mean 'sentient'?
voice
voice
That sounds incredibly useless.
voice
Anyway, please enjoy those books! I hope you find them as interesting as I did. Do you mind if I contact you later with some more suggestions once I get further along in my own reading?
voice
I'll skip the fungus theories.
voice
What's your name? So I can contact you later!
voice
You need to calm down.
