A few things.

There are a good number of fighters here or people otherwise trained in combat. I'm interested in observing people's abilities or training, or at least discussing what they can do. Spars could also be arranged if you want some exercise.

Secondly, I'll take recommendations for good literature available around here.

Finally, if you know how to knit or crochet then I'll offer you up to ten credits to watch you create something.

I was upset because when you called my punch disgraceful I felt disgraceful as a person
I also felt that I let Chie-nee down because she's been teaching me self defense back home
And the nightclub was scary
That's why I cried and ran away because it's weird to cry in front of other people

[ His initial instinct is to take each and every sentence and break it down, explain to her why she's wrong, and slowly invalidate her feelings. It's what he knows, after all, what he understands from very limited contact with adults when he was a child. What he does to himself on a regular basis as a defense mechanism whenever he starts feeling weak or tired.

If he had cried in front of his father he would've received a much sterner lecture, and when he did cry in front of Itachi there hadn't been a single ounce of pity or remorse shown on his brother's face. There'd just been mockery. That's what he understands, and that's why it's so easy to attach negative feelings to that display of emotion, but he halts his own train of thought as he stares at his communicator.

The fact that she isn't here in person gives him more time to reflect. She isn't him, and she shouldn't have to be. That's a good thing, isn't it? ]

[ that's partially why she was hesitant to tell him in the first place. her father always did tell her big girls don't cry, and nanako was a big girl in a sense. she practically raised herself after her mother died and there was no one at home to cry to anyway. she doesn't make a habit of crying, and it frustrated her how easily sasuke could.

Ino and I both learned to fight at the same academy but I had a different teacher after that. There will be some similarities but overall the ways in which we approach combat are very different. You'll have to work hard.
