[ Which in this case refers to the act of just being incredibly lazy and needy on Sascha's part. His victim? You! If you sit still enough in one place that is anyway; you may just want a break from all the walking, or maybe you've danced your heart out at one of the clubs and need a break. Maybe you're drunk and hell and can't stand. Regardless of the reason, as soon as anyone holds still long enough they'll find themselves with a very attention-seeking vampire draped across their shoulders or their lap (unless they smack him away first).

[ It's not that he particularly needs money or food or anything like that, but rather the nature of the work in this particular case which has drawn Sascha's attention. After all, what better place for a vampire to work than in a meat shop?? There's plenty of lovely, tender steaks and cuts of meat, the smell of animal blood is everywhere and the absolute best part? Is that they let him have all extra they don't package or sell. He gets a full bag of miscellaneous life form blood at the end of the day and it is wonderful.

The only thing that might be a little off-putting is that he tends to get...distracted. By everything. He's a wolf in a sheep pen alright?? It's hard to stay focused!

Anyone going to take a gander or trying to get some service will wind up faced with Sascha: blood smeared all over his mouth and chin, and a half-eaten piece of raw meat in one hand. ]

[ Because seriously who would keep an employee like that, let's be honest.

What it means of course that the best way to deal with this situation is to go and drown his woes...and since he can't actually drink alcohol and didn't actually make any real money, his version of 'drinking your woes away' is actually just wandering around the neighbouring ships. Forget the SS Golden, Sascha's more interested in checking out the other docked ships he hasn't a had a chance to explore.

So whether you're training, read, mixing chemicals, sleeping or just keeping to yourself? You are very suddenly not doing it alone. ]

Mm... [ Nope, not in his opinion. He's just nuzzling in to get comfortable. ]

[ He's come across people who can be . . . handsy. But this is new, even for him. ]

I should hope not. I might even hope not to smell distinctive at all.

[ *Affectionate. ]

Its not a bad one, don't worry. [ This Sascha says with complete confidence as he closes his eyes and looks the perfect picture of relaxed--and he is, what with all of Obi-wan's nice body heat to share and the presence of someone to enjoy. The best part being that he has yet to actually push or hit Sascha yet. ]

[ Dryly. ]

I'll sleep better at night knowing that particular nugget of information.

[ He pauses. ] Are you . . . lonely?

[pneumo]

[ ...Man, he went straight for the kill there and hit the nail on the head huh? He doesn't usually get that right away. Normally it's more like "pervert" and "get the hell off me." He's not actually sure how to answer initially, but after a moment's pause he'll crack his solid-gold eyes open and look up. ]

...Kinda.

[ Normally, Obi-Wan would deliver the right platitude, the kind that wouldn't make sense immediately, but would eventually be a balm of understanding. But it dries up in his throat. Having overcome his own loneliness recently, his own vicious battle against loss and fear, he found there were none he could share with his full confidence.

Instead, he simply makes a light noise of agreement to Sascha's sentiment. He knows how to listen. ]

In time, it will pass. This is not your future.

[ His memories and physical age might not match or exceed the Jedi's, but somehow Sascha finds the statement, well...endearing. It's cute. He's not exactly certain why, but his lips wind up crooking upwards a little. ]

[ Just to tease him a little. ]

[ Loftily. ]

Who knows? Perhaps I'm lonely too.

A normal-looking guy like you? [ Sascha closes his eyes again comfortably. ]

Looks are often deceiving.

[ He shifts his position lightly - enough to make sure Sascha is definitely comfortable. He flicks through a page in his newspaper. ]

And I'm hardly the definition of normality in many places.

I dunno...you smell pretty normal to me. [ Not that his perception of anything beyond normal is all that great. He can't detect spirits, magic, or the Force. But he can tell Obi has great personal hygiene and healthy blood.

The important stuff. ]

Then I'll consider that a compliment.

[ Sometimes he stands out, sometimes he blends in. He's been known to be able to do both on instinct when the need calls for it. ]

[ Otherwise he doubts he's ever been . . . comfy. ]

[ It'd that beardly aura. It exudes comfort. ]

Don't worry, I'd sleep on you even if you were wearing nothing at all.

[ ...He actually means that to be consoling??? And not as weird and bizarre as it sounds. Sascha has faith in Obi-wan's being-a-bed abilities. ]

[ He smiles faintly. ]

I think that's more up to your abilities to sleep anywhere than mine, I'm afraid.

I'm great at sleeping so long as people don't hit me☆ [ Which happens more than he would like, here... ]

Most people tend not to like strangers sleeping in their personal space.

Surely there must be some kind of solution to your . . . problem.

It was a lot easier to have people invite me over back home... For some reason people here just hate me.

[beardstrokes]

[ That. . . sounds dubious. For many reasons ]

Perhaps you should get to know them first. Then perhaps they'll give you a little more leeway.

Maybe... [ The last people he had "gotten to know" before the fleet had wanted him dead the moment they found out what he was. It's hard to think that here it would be all that different. ]

If you do not at least make an attempt, nothing will change.

[ It is the fear that keeps them from moving forward. ]

Do you really want things to stay like this?

Well...not really. [ But he's not exactly sure how he changes the general feeling go die that vampires tend to spawn. He'll outlive any humans he meets now anyway, and even if he wanted to turn people...he can't. For whatever reason he's never had the ability. ]
