Who: Jon Snow and you!
Broadcast: Fleet-wide video, whoops.
Action: Marsiva
When: Present.
[He doesn't feel the fourth knife go in, the cold and the dark already rushing in to claim him. He's not expecting to open his eyes again--he's not really expecting much of anything at all--which makes it a shock when he does. Enough of one, in fact, that the very first thing he does is fall off his cot.
That'll make a great impression on any viewers watching. But right now, Jon Snow doesn't care about that, doesn't know about that, he's looking down at himself in shock--he was stabbed, he remembers that, he remembers the dagger in his belly and in his back and the cold, it had been so cold, but now he's here and it's as though they never were.
He's breathing again. That's--That's also unexpected. Calm down, Snow. You're lucky enough to breathe again.]
Ghost? [It takes him a moment to remember that, right--he left Ghost behind. It feels as if a part of him's been cut off from him, leaving the rest of him adrift and confused. He breathes in, out. All right, he's breathing. He'll deal with the rest of the panic and the rage later, and that growing feeling of being watched, for now he staggers to his feet, clearly still a little dazed, and looks around.] Where am I?
[This is more of a muttered question to himself, rather than one posed to the network, because then he stands up, clearly resolved to do some exploring.]

But he does volunteer:]
Aye, though I would prefer to speak to them without having to use this.
[He watches her, careful, maybe a little too careful--then again, who can blame him for being so, with all the misfortune that has befallen the Stark name? With all his own recent misfortune? He keeps his tone mostly neutral, though he allows himself the luxury of a bare upward twitch of his lips.]
Most of them, but I doubt you could answer the questions I have left, my lady.

[ her smile is small and understanding but it grows a little brighter at his next words, she chuckles and nods, slowly. ]
You are right, of course. I only arrived in this odd world days ago and between you and me, I feel as if one can spend years of their life here and still, there would be questions that would remain unanswered.

Then we've something in common. [Not something he ever thought he'd say to this woman. A breath.] It's much faster than a raven, though, I'll give it that, for all its flaws.
[You haven't even used it for all that long yet, asshole.
The thing is, the questions she's talking about are most likely not the questions Jon's thinking of. Those questions, he'll save for his siblings, not for a stranger who happens to come from Westeros as well, so his response is more or less neutral, a sign that he's not quite willing to trust her just yet:] You've had more time than I have, though. Did you have your answers?

[ she chuckles and shakes her head ]
Not even half of them and some of the answers I have received raised even more questions, if you can imagine such.
