[ It's odd waking up, mostly because Clay doesn't actually do it all that often. In fact he's fairly certain to date he's only ever woken up proper twice before now, and he doesn't recall having run out of power. He's actually doing quite well with that, but as he pushes himself up in bed he still reaches up unconsciously to lay a have over his chest to feel the warm thrum of the core within. Everything appears to be normal.

Everything but his surroundings anyway because those don't make any sense either now that he's starting to pay attention to them. Clay runs a hands through his hair out of reflex (he'd check for bumps or bruises if he thought he was capable of having them), takes a moment to let his lips purse at one side of his mouth, and then stands with a clap. ]

Guess I should see if anyone's home. [ Because he figures he must have been collected again somehow. Funny how that always seems to keep happening. ]

Hello~? [ Come out come out wherever you are... While he starts inspecting literally everything and anything he can get his curious hands on. ]

[ Well that's...a voice! One he doesn't recognize, but then again Clay really doesn't know that many people to the point of familiarity yet. It's not an unpleasant-sounding voice though, and he blinks as he looks around a little, searching. ]

...Thank-you? [ Now what on earth does he mean by console, he's quite sure aside from some confusion that he's fine. ]

My left... [ At least that's clarified! Clay turns left, but he still sees a bunch of...nothing. Just more of those strange, metal-looking walls and 'cabinets.' ] Are you tiny.

[ Clay very much likes how smooth his skin seems to be, as well as the angles of his features. It's not something common in the areas he's been through, and he finds it kind of...charming. In a strange sort of way. He would probably enjoy just looking at him from time to time. ]

Clay. [ He was told introductions are key among people! Giving a name to something makes it more familiar, and Clay's actually rather intrigued by just how dark and scruffy Robin's hair is. It reminds him of a stray dog's fur. ]

[ Well he'll hear it first for sure and immediately look towards the video screen...but that's blank. It takes him a moment longer to find the device on his person (and then to marvel at his suddenly knowing what it is and how to use it) before he manages a reply. ]

Mm, it's true. The good news is, we've faced little physical danger in our time here, or at least any danger was avoidable.

But I'm afraid it comes at the cost of many comfort items. Things like showers are a precious resource here.
