tallasaking: (Working)

[Video] [Accidental] [Tyrion never starts this thing on purpose.]

[The phone is only turned on when it is dropped on the floor, giving an odd view of Tyrion from the bottom up, where he is fastening expensive looking boots onto his feet. They are oddly made as well, almost as if they are to be made to work as braces instead of just fancy looking footwear.

Which, to the medically astute, they are. Yes, Tyrion had boots made to help support his rather crooked legs. That should tell you that the variety of odd jobs he's working is profitable indeed.

A small hand reaches down to pick up the phone, seeing the freshly shaven face of Tyrion, who eyes the device with a sigh.]

... Right, well, I am going down to the planet, if anyone is interested in joining me. Shuttle leaves in fifteen minutes. I hope no one took the time to look up my skirts.

[The faintest of smirks, before he shuts down the thing.]

...you know, that's quite a good question. Perhaps to find trouble in the wilderness. It's been far too long since some form of wildlife or rabble has given me chase.

Oh? Has a tale of trouble befalling others reached your ears? Do tell if it has.

No, I haven't. Is that what has caused this mess that their air is in?

[Damn son.]

Truly? I cannot fathom how that would even work, but... Maker, what a difference that would make to this place.

[She shakes her head.]

I wonder if there will ever come anything that doesn't surprise me during my time here in this fleet.

Do tell me how it goes. Or, I suppose if you do manage to find a way to fix it, the cleaner air and the lack of masks we'll need will be evidence enough of how it went.

[She snorts.]

You are probably right. I should just accept this now. I wonder if we'll ever stop at a world that isn't so advanced, that's maybe a little more like home.

They already can't breathe in their own air. I doubt there's much you can do to make it worse.

[...she really should know better than to say that.]

...that would just be impressive. Granted, we'd be cursing your name under our collective breath, but the capability to break something even more sometimes deserves respect, too. If nothing else, just for the sheer wonder of it.

Oh, I suppose if we want to be boring about the whole thing, then yes.
