Who: margaery tyrell
Broadcast: fleet wide
Action: the windrose and all around the moon
When: current
[ enter margaery tyrell of the windrose. remember? silks, beautiful curls, too generous of a cleavage for a sixteen year old? queen to be?
today, the pale pink silks are tainted, as well as the usual fair skin with a mixture of dirt, mud, leaves and at least three colors of paint. ]
I do believe I won against the locals in their odd little paint game. I find it quite brilliant if a little bit of a hazard if one is very attached to their clothes.
[ the queen to be seems much more of a brat today ]
I offer a different game of chance. some smallfolk in my realm say that one can tell someone's future and their traits according to the palm of their hands. I was told it is all false but.
[ there is a but with margaery tyrell ]
A guessing game! I shall attempt to read your palm and if three of my guesses are correct, that must be worth a prize. I shall leave it to you to choose what to give me. If I lose, I shall of course be in debt of one prize to my company.

You are very good to me, thank you. how fortunate I am to find such wonderful friends so far from home.
action
We're all stuck in this together, if we can help each other we should.
action
[ how sweet that there are worlds that raise people who think in such a manner. if more people in her own realms were willing to look past their honor mayhaps they would be able some days without bloodshed. ]
and one I hope shall stay in the hearts of all those who come to this realm and mayhaps they shall carry it to their own.
action
All we can do is our best to spread it around, right?
action
[ without authority, she can do little else for now. ]
May I ask you something?
action
action
[ she is smiling, however, clearly amused ]
women of six-and-ten do not marry in your realm, do they?
action
he shakes his head with an awkward smile. ]
No, gi - women of six and ten are going on their first date in my country. They're at school, they're maybe getting their first jobs, they're - kids, just starting to figure themselves out.
[ as they should be. ok some do, but not the majority. ]
action
[ she does chuckle ]
so that is the heart of the matter. I am a child-queen?
[ there is no insult here, she does understand. she views joffrey as a boy more than the man renly was ]
how old are you then!
action
[ she deserves a childhood. he deserved a childhood too but his not getting it was a whole other thing.
he laughs at her question. ]
Probably ancient in your realm -
action
[ it is odd, to have anyone treat her as a child. others might take it as an insult, margaery mostly thinks it to be sweet. ]
action
[ there's a bit of pain in his eyes from personal experience, but he won't address it. ]
Over a decade. I'm 29.
action
[ but it's so endearing that he cares ]
there was not a happier child in the Seven Kingdoms.
[ and as for his age ]
not at all ancient, I promise.
action
[ he smiles; he cares a lot, ok. ]
Why do I get the feeling that even if it was, you'd find something nice to say about it.
action
[ but she does chuckle ]
you are not considered old in Westeros. It is simply that I am not considered a child the way I would in your own realm.
action
I mean, it's not like a nine year old -- sixteen year olds are young adults. They start getting responsibilities, but they're still not on their own.
action
[ at the very least she had loras and tyrell men sworn to her in king's landing. it is here when she truly is a sole player in the game. it is a weakness that she does not humor and will never let show but it is nonetheless true. ]
it would seem this realm has great plans for all of us.
action
[ far as he can tell, they've only chosen powerful and extremely intelligent people for this show. maybe that means - they want to see who breaks out. if that's true, being the one to do it may be dangerous.
but screw that, he's doing it anyway. ]
action
you need be careful. I value your life far more than I do the generosity of our hosts and yet.
[ she looks at the different people around them ]
the walls seem to have ears and eyes in this realm.
[ much like king's landing ]
action
[ and it's a terrifying thought but it's one they have to come to terms with. they'll never have the element of surprise on their side - but that doesn't make victory impossible. just challenging. ]
action
[ she smiles ]
one is always safer with just a few secrets.
action
One is also safer with good friends.
[ especially when they're superheroes. ]
action
[ assuming they're loyal. still, she points a finger at him ]
no trouble.
[ she can't get you out of it without any knights or men sworn to her name and it'll make her pout ]
action
[ with his best most innocent face. it's sweet, that she worries about him - but he doesn't want her worrying, she seems like someone who's had too much of that as is. ]
action
without a doubt.
