[The broadcast doesn't switch on while Nami is still sleeping, but it does decide to catch the moment when she practically launches off the bed with a banshee screech and then tumbles to the floor blankets and all, a tangle of material and bare limbs flailing in a pathetic heap.]

[The only one who can inhale a blanket corner, apparently. 8| Please hold, spluttering. She eventually flips the blanket back to show a mess of orange hair, smoothing it dazedly behind one ear-- and then freezing as she swipes at thin air beneath that.]

I go to sleep for two weeks and we're still in this crappy place? Tell me there's a bright side somewhere. And I guess I owe a bunch of shifts at the bar or something.

Mr. Obi-Wan explained... I -- I might have reacted a bit more dramatically than I should have... but I'm much better now! And especially since you've woken up. Now if Mr. Solo wakes up, things will be much better!

[Truly, her mood is vastly improved, Nami.]

M-mister Greed is missing, too... But he's not even asleep -- he's just gone...

[Oh Han's down for the count too... Greed, well, she isn't going to shed any tears about that, but Nami will keep her kneejerk good to herself. Instead, she shifts over to the bridge computers to check the ship manifests to make sure he hasn't just taken off onto planet somewhere.]

Mr Solo will definitely wake up. I don't know what makes them choose people, but he might be sleeping to get more memories from home. That's what happened with me. I sort of went home for a while when I was sleeping. And I have a friend who had the same happen to him. So just think of it as taking a break! If he's still in his bunk, he'll definitely wake up.

Greed, though. I think he's gone home. I don't think anything bad happened to him here. You might just have to have a new captain, that's all.

[She nods, looking down at her feet.]

I -- I really like Mr. Greed. It'd be good if he got to go home...

But... what will I do...

If there's no leader, who will point me where I'm supposed to go...?

C... Cleaning, I guess... And -- and sometimes seeing if anyone needs help on the planet, and, um. And making sure no one else falls asleep...

[Yeah... this is a reasonably small one, so Nami doesn't press or try to argue against it. Instead, she smiles.]

Well, it sounds like you're keeping busy, anyway. Just don't forget you're allowed to have time for yourself. If Greed has really gone home, it won't be long before another captain is chosen. And if you're worried before that, you can always talk to Obi Wan. [She's pretty confident the guy will deal with a panicking child with the utmost gentle diplomacy.]

And I'm here. I'll try not to fall asleep on you again.

If the Atroma try to make you the new captain, you don't have to accept, no matter what anyone says. If they do, you let me know and I can show you how to tell them you don't want it. [She's seen that paperwork.]

It spreads over her face, though, after a moment of consideration.]

Mr. Obi-Wan would be very good. He... He is very patient.

And he knows what it feels like, to hurt; he would know how to help people who have also hurt!

He's a good man. [Which she'd already worked out, but if Koala also thinks the world of him, all the better.]

So if you get made captain, you can resign and ask him if he'll take over instead. It really won't be a problem, okay?
