no chance of changing the name, is there? I mean the SS Three Twins is a bit --
[ miserable? downright lame? ]
eh.
[ thumbs down ]

[It's an odd name, yeah, but ultimately it works for him.]
Though you're free to suggest other names, but I can't say if anyone will consider them.

[ if they did, barry would have still been the red streak and then where would we all be? he opens up one of the devices and hum as he looks into it ]
the way they're build will shorten the fuses if they ever receive too much energy. no way around it, I'll have to have them all cisco'ed.

[Says the guy who's technically Lord Snow. But he steps in closer, and--he's right. As far as Jon can tell anyway, with the augment's help.]
Cisco'd? [Why are you using your own name as a verb, gosh. But anyway: Jon's a lot of things, and good at repairs is, currently, not one of them. But he does need to get the practice in, so:] Let me help with that. I don't think I could make it any worse, anyway.

[ getting himself a new screw ]
oh yeah, cisco'ed. once I'm done with these babies, they'll work like a charm.
[ he passes him another ]
so how is this whole - learning engineering thing going? do you have to learn or is it -
[ he points to his head ]
all in there already?

[By which he means--yeah, right, buddy. He places his screw down on his work station, but doesn't seem to be doing anything with it right now.]
Both. [He taps just behind his ear, as if to indicate the augment.] I know what to look for and what to do, I know what tools I'll have to use to repair something, but knowing and doing are two very different things.
You seem to have it well in hand, though.

[ ok, so only about 5 people know to come to him but still ]
look, it's the old traditional practice makes perfect. just - watch me and do the same. eventually the chip will fall and you'd be a space-engineer, which - by the way, is a really cool thing to be.
