[ In her broadcast, Kara is in her PJs, hair down and glasses off. She looks like she just woke up not too long ago and the overall vibe is very "confessional vlog". She doesn't seem distressed, just a little confused, and tired—though her eternal optimism is always there somewhere. ]

Hey, so, question: On a scale from "wow that's super weird we've never heard of something like that" to "it must be a Wednesday on the Fleet", how common is it to just like, get a bunch of "new" information from home? Which, now that I think about it, is kind of a dumb thing to ask because we have implants that give us job skills training. But I'm just wondering. Uh, in the abstract? Something like that.

Anyway, I'm going to go get some coffee and food because I'm starving. Who knew that sleeping was such hard work?

I also have super cold breath and heat... beams? That I shoot out of my eyes but something tells me that showing you that in a closed loop environment in the middle of space would be a bad idea.

I'm pretty indestructible, too. Bullet proof, for the most part. And I was able to keep up with your friend when I was flying.

that is seriously awesome. I can't believe you've met Barry! he's - my best friend. we've been through the whole suit-superhero-meta human-850 tacos-really weird villain stages.

He is! And probably the only person who could out-eat me in a taco context. Maybe. Next time I see him we'll have to put that to the test. Superheroing is really hard work.

I'm going to be biased and go with Barry if only because I've seen what he can do with those and burgers and milkshakes one after the other.

two things - we need to try and get you another suit and also - what happened? I mean to you strength and how do we get you back to being - you know. super.

Why do we need a new suit?

And I'm kind of... the best way to describe it is that I'm like solar panels. I need some good yellow sun to get my power, but we're pretty far away from this system's star.

You might need to go all super here and you'll need the right outfit. It may not be The Suit but it can be a suit.

do you think we can find another source of energy for you? I mean, there are many replacements for solar energies that might do the trick.

Winn and Kitty have a head start on you there. You'd better ask them about their progress, but I don't think a tanning bed will do.

However, it's possible to recreate the effect of my planet's red star to null my powers back home, so there's probably a solution.
