[ So while the party was great and all and Sascha had an amazing time, talking and actually getting to dance with a few people, it seems as though his happy days are at an end. Because only a few days after the fun of the party there's an ache in his jaw. Kind of like an itch, but sore; and while he ignores it the first "day" (his night), by the time he wakes up at 'sundown' it's a full-blown throb of discomfort, accompanied by the need to chew on everything.

And a spike in his appetite. Which is why, although he usually only replies to network posts, Sascha decides to make one of his own. To complain. ]

My...teeth...huuuuurt. [ Or whine. Whichever, really. ] And I'm hungry. I want meat--meaaaaattttttt...!

[ BITCH BITCH BITCH etc. ]

[ Sascha is being a right menace to everything and anything not nailed down. Why? Because all that pain he's going through right now...is teething. And while normally his fangs are actually smaller than normal and just about human-sized, they've extended themselves to full length in preparation to grow in the new fangs underneath.

Which means he's been chewing on pretty much everything with them. Pots, pans, rocks, benches, beds, doors, shoes...anything he can get his teeth on. Heck he's even been chewing on himself a little to try and ease the ache.

For the most part though? He can be found gnawing--pretty much anywhere--and it may or may not be on something of yours. 6u9 ]

Yeah, probably. But would it help make it all pass faster?

[ Because a spike of pain and relief is better than possibly weeks of this. ]

M...maybe? [ God, he's never tried doing that. It's always been too uncomfortable for him to try. ]

[ The direct gaze helps, and Sascha's shoulders relax some from their tensed position. ]

I...yeah, I know. Sorry. I just don't like having stuff happen to my mouth... [ It's a dangerous place and beyond brushing, he doesn't like to fiddle around in there. ]

Yeah, I hear you, pup. Come on, lets see what we can find you to chew on for now. There might be some kind of silicone filler we can made a wad out of and you can chew that in the interim.

[ Pup again♥ And not only that, but Bigby actually trying to help him find something to gnaw on. Sascha couldn't be anymore touched and pleased as he nods, very quickly smiling as he hurries over to the other's side. ]

Yes please! [ Manners: he is learning. ]

[ Bigby doesn't really know what he's doing, but he knows puppy chew toys are silicone and silicone is used to seal gaps in windows and walls... Therefore, a making a ball of silicone might help. Right? ]

I don't actually know what I'm doing, you realise.

Yeah, but you're helping me! [ So if Bigby were a wolf right now, doubtless Sascha would be flopping all over him happily. But since he doesn't enjoy it as much in human form, he holds back for the moment. ]

[ He'd try flopping and get knocked off because Bigby's moving through the ship towards the engines. ]

If I can't find anything, you'll need to find the engineer and ask them about it. If we can't find anything.

Who's the engineer? I only know the blood pill guy! [ And "know" is a very liberal term he's using there, because as the nickname suggests, Sascha can't exactly remember his name. ]

[ Bigby shrugs.

He isn't sure. But he can probably find them. ]

When we get there, let me scent around, see if I can get a good trace and then follow it back. If we need to.

[ He's never met anyone with a better nose than him. Such a person doesn't exist in his world. ]

Even other vampires?

Nah... I mean, their noses are pretty good? But I think I'm better most of the time. [ No one has a better smell back home than him among vampire kind, but even that pales compared to Bigby. ]

[ Another suggestion that whatever Sascha is, he's not the same as the other vampires around him. Bigby makes note and files it away like everything else. ]

Whereas I can scent down virtually anything.

No matter how far away it is? [ because Sascha needs a fresh scent, and there can't have been any interruptions to it like weather. ]

I've got limits. But I'm not sure what they are. Never tested it to find out.

[ Maybe may as well be yes to Sascha anyway, so he looks bright and perky for the answer, grinning a bit as he follows close behind. And maybe chews on the end of one finger a little. ]

[ He remembers Sascha saying something about it. He knows it happened. ]

I actually got to dance with people...! Like, a lot! [ Three or four even] And they didn't think it was gross♥

Uh-huh! Lots and lots! I mean, I had a huge headache after from the light and I couldn't eat anything there, but aside from that... It was the best night of my life!
