Hey! [Arthur waves at the camera, he's wearing some of his new clothes that are more utilitarian than his usual style (Yes, he keeps blowing his money on clothes. Hush.)] So I have all the preliminary sketches done. If you asked me to draw you something, you should come on over to the Red Fish to see them and tell me if I need to change anything.

I'm also working on a research project with Ms. Carter. If you could answer with some of these preliminary questions I threw together, I'd be most appreciative. Keep in mind that you don't have to answer all of them, especially if they make you uncomfortable, and that these results may be available to anyone on the ship.

Has anyone here... lost someone close to them? How do you deal with that, especially if you maybe could have stopped them dying, if you had known something was wrong?

Far too many - of my family I am the last who remains. And I go on - that is all I can do. For them, as well as for myself. I go on, and I remember, and I tell their tale so that others remember.

But how do you- how do you go on after that?

I did not, for a long time. [ He shrugs a little ] I am fairly certain I went mad for a time.

But... someone has to remember them, someone has to tell their story. To continue to wallow in that madness would only dishonor their memory.

Oh. [He hadn't really thought about that. Trying to honor her memory.] How would you honor one's memory?

I can see how that would happen. Going mad. It's hard without the people you thought would always be there.

I suppose it would vary for everyone but I myself am a bard. For me, I tell their story, and that way I know, so long as their tale is told, they will not be forgotten.

[ Maglor nods ] It is the easy option - I should have been stronger. I hope it is not as bad for you?
