There's a lot going on back home and I need to get back to it. Good stuff, mostly. But I have to believe it'll happen, for more than just my own reasons.

What those things mean do. I'm not the only one here invested in those things, either. I try to keep positive about it for someone else's sake as well as my own.

If I didn't have that, I wouldn't want to go home or bother trying to find a way back. For a long time I didn't want to leave Kyriakos, either.

Fairly recently. People are working on things. I obviously won't go into detail here, but trust me. There's people doing what they can.

Right now it's a lot of theories. Gathering information on worlds where jumping elsewhere is already possible. Trying to figure out what to do about the augments without messing with them, since that ends very badly.

I was looking for a way back to Kyriakos back home, without compromising the realm or the people there. Might as well put that research to use here.

how far have you gotten

Not very far. I was only home for about a month before they dragged us here, and they weren't nice enough to send all my notes with me.

Here, a lot keeps happening that keeps me from giving it the attention that it deserves. People coming from home, that sort of thing. But we also have more resources here than I could even begin to explain. Other mutants, other people with powers, other scientists, etc. Everyone wants to work together so that helps a lot too.
