Awright, lets get this over with quick.

[ Ben's been loitering for a few days in the Marisva, getting his bearings, read'n up on what he could about this place, but some stuff you only get through good old fashioned talking face to face. Or face to camera. A huge, craggy, orange face fills the screen, all worn and weathered and animate like stone probably shouldn't be. There's a slow blink and a low sigh, the Thing rolling out his shoulders and settling in for a fun series of conversations. ]

Ben Grimm here of The Fantastic Four and Avengers ask'n for a headcount. Who all's here, who ain't, and which version of earth are ya from?

[ It ain't his first rodeo, it ain't even his tenth- it is his second in one of these weird 'crammed in a jaw and hope noth'n blows up' sortsa places though. Seems a bit nicer than Luceti. For one thing: Space! For another: he gets to pilot. ]

And can we skip the 'oh gosh gee you're all big and orange and rocky!' like I don't know. You're in space, you've gotta have seen stranger things than me by now.

Play a lot of poker. If you're good at riding some like Thomas rodeos, but I just always fall off so I tend to just bet on races myself. Hide from the heat. Chess and other bored games. I dunno, a bunch of things.

The kids tend to like to play sheriff and outlaw a lot. They're pretty good at making up games with just a ball or sticks.

What about your planet?

<div align = "Justify?>We got plenty of water on earth so- beaches, swimm'n, read'n, movies, video games, traveling- we're kinda spoilt for choice.

We've stopped by some moons and planets with large bodies of water. One was full of salt so you couldn't drink it. Something I had never considered before, undrinkable water, but it was still amazing. I must say I'm jealous. [It doesn't take much to impress anyone from Gunsmoke. The place sucks.]

Yeah, seawater. Can't drink it but it's good for fish'n. Guess you don't got much of that where you're from either.

Nope. Never been fishing in my life. [But they do have fish... in a way.] Gotta say though, after seeing how fishing is done its nothing I feel like I've been missing out on.

Eh, it ain't 'bout the fish'n. It's about hav'n an excuse to sit back with a sickpack and do noth'n while supposedly do'n somth'n.

Sit around doing nothing but working on a sixpack? I think I could get behind that.

And if you're lucky, sometimes you actually catch somth'n and there's fish afterward.

See that's the part I have trouble with. Violence, even against a fish, makes me queasy.
