Honestly? Sometimes leading is all about doing not-very-much until the day comes where you gotta do it all. It's not exactly a balanced life.

Ah - yeah, that much I know. At least, from experiences in my own world and - the other one. [technically, anyway]

Most importantly? You don't have to do it alone. For the longest time, I wasn't the solo leader of the Young Avengers. I shared that title with another member. I knew I could always depend on him to speak his honest opinion about our choices and our chances, even if it was something I didn't want to hear. [ ... ] Especially if it was something I didn't want to hear.

Mm . . . I wouldn't want to do it alone. I mean, that sort of defeats the purpose of a team, doesn't it? [a pause] Not that - the crew is a team, not really, but - same idea, pretty much.
