Who: Maedhros & Maglor
Broadcast: Nope!
Action: On the SS Bishop.
When: Not long after Maedhros boards the ship.
He had much to learn where weapons were concerned, however his mind was on other matters. For the hundredth time, he rearranged various items pertaining to security and tried to be patient. But patience had never come to him easily. He was Fëanor's son and...rash.
Far too rash. Narrowing his eyes, he began to pace, grinding his teeth together.
Maglor had welcomed him - with positivity, even. However he knew his brother was very good at hiding his emotions. Maedhros didn't fear a punch or two, but to see his brother's pain -
That was not easily swallowed.
He would not shy from him. His brother deserved an explanation and...his protection and love. If he was willing to accept those conditions again.

"I could never hate you." there were tears in his eyes at the very thought, "All I had was you. You are everything good in the world, Kano." his fingers threaded into black hair, "It hurt me to imagine you or anyone else causing you harm. I couldn't bear it."

But his eyes slide shut in response to the comfort of his brother's hand in his hair, calming slowly.
"It hurt to stay."

He sighed and hugged Maglor tighter again.
"I immediately regretted it. If I could have turned back, I would have done so."

"I missed you."

"With you here it is easier to smile and mean it."

"With you smiling, how can I not mean it?"
no subject
"Do you eat regularly, brother? A full stomach will add to your happiness."

That's a no, and Maglor squirms, knowing that Maedhros won't like that answer.
"I... the food here is really terrible!"

"I will try to remember. I just... became used to skipping meals, I suppose." Because he often had none.

"Change your habits or I will feed you myself." embarrassingly and in front of everyone.
no subject
"I can look after myself!"
no subject
For a moment. It didn't last.

"You do not have to feed me, I promise."

"I was a child!"

"Truly? I ... often feel that Makalaure died a long time ago."

"You were always such a good brother. I remember how you were the best person to settle me."

"But I remember Atar singing me to sleep. I enjoy your songs too though."
