[ The feed shakes for a few minutes before it centers on a young thirteen year old boy. He has the trademark padawan braid and robes as he sits on his knees in front of the camera. His expression is quiet and muted, though it seems like he hasn't had much sleep. His eyes are red-rimmed and tired. ]

Hello. If you could tell me if this ship is heading to Coruscant, I would be grateful. If not, I'd be happy to earn my way there through any duties you deem necessary.

[ He hesitates, pausing for far too long, biting on his lip. ] And if you -- you have seen Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn.

[ Obi-Wan weaves himself through the ship, his shoulders hunched and his saber in a tight white-knuckled grip. Surely Qui-Gon wouldn't have left him here . . . not after coming back. Not after their discussion.

Then again, what rights did Obi-Wan even possess?

He tugs the hood over his face and keeps a wary eye on everyone who came close. This was a strange vessel and their responses got even more confusing. Best to keep to himself until he got to Coruscant. ]

[ If the tiny not!father of Sascha's is still awake late enough into the evening, he'll find himself no longer alone no matter how hard he tries to keep to himself. The vampire is nosy to begin with, but couple that with someone whose scent is so familiar without being able to place it and who's obviously young? Sascha's curiosity is piqued as he pops his head around the corner, sniffs to catch a second whiff of that scent--and promptly proceeds to...well.

[ Obi-Wan endures this for a few seconds before he spins around, activating his lightsaber. ]

Who are you? What do you want?

[pneumo]

[ Aaaand promptly blinds Sascha, even with his UV shades on. The light from the sabre is actually too bright for his retinas to handle and he lets out a sound of surprised pain as he lets go of the wall to hold his hands over his eyes...and falls onto the floor.

He was not expecting the blind sword of doom wow child. ]

Augh--!

[ Obi-Wan flinches, reeling back. He deactivates his saber, ready to flee. That kind of scream brings back too fresh memories in the surface and he's -- he's not ready for this. ]

[pneumo]

[ To be fair it wasn't exactly a scream, but. Sascha doesn't make any more if that helps. He's just going to groan in misery and roll onto his side. ]

What did you do....

[beardstrokes]

[ He hunches his shoulders, defensive. ]

I didn't do anything! I only turned out my lightsaber. You were the one following me!

[pneumo]

Well it hurts....! Turn it off! [ ...because he can't see that it is, and he doesn't recognize the telltale sound of it coming on or not. ]

I did. It's not my fault -- [ And then he remembers himself. A Jedi wouldn't behave in such a way. He breathes out, calming himself. ]

Nnnnnhhh... [ Sascha will slowly lift his head then, blinking blearily behind his shades even though he of course sees nothing. It's habit.

But it also means he'll have to push himself up slow and feel for the wall to steady himself rather than be able to reach over no problem. ]

[ Obi-Wan barely bites back the response, that it wasn't him, he didn't mean to hurt anyone - but that wouldn't matter. There's no one here to confirm it, no one here to take his side.

[ He scowls. ]
