[ The feed shakes for a few minutes before it centers on a young thirteen year old boy. He has the trademark padawan braid and robes as he sits on his knees in front of the camera. His expression is quiet and muted, though it seems like he hasn't had much sleep. His eyes are red-rimmed and tired. ]

Hello. If you could tell me if this ship is heading to Coruscant, I would be grateful. If not, I'd be happy to earn my way there through any duties you deem necessary.

[ He hesitates, pausing for far too long, biting on his lip. ] And if you -- you have seen Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn.

[ Obi-Wan weaves himself through the ship, his shoulders hunched and his saber in a tight white-knuckled grip. Surely Qui-Gon wouldn't have left him here . . . not after coming back. Not after their discussion.

Then again, what rights did Obi-Wan even possess?

He tugs the hood over his face and keeps a wary eye on everyone who came close. This was a strange vessel and their responses got even more confusing. Best to keep to himself until he got to Coruscant. ]

[ If the tiny not!father of Sascha's is still awake late enough into the evening, he'll find himself no longer alone no matter how hard he tries to keep to himself. The vampire is nosy to begin with, but couple that with someone whose scent is so familiar without being able to place it and who's obviously young? Sascha's curiosity is piqued as he pops his head around the corner, sniffs to catch a second whiff of that scent--and promptly proceeds to...well.

[ Obi-Wan endures this for a few seconds before he spins around, activating his lightsaber. ]

[ Aaaand promptly blinds Sascha, even with his UV shades on. The light from the sabre is actually too bright for his retinas to handle and he lets out a sound of surprised pain as he lets go of the wall to hold his hands over his eyes...and falls onto the floor.

He was not expecting the blind sword of doom wow child. ]

[ Padmé recognizes him immediately. A younger Ahsoka is one thing-- Padmé knew her when she was 14-- but Obi-Wan is a completely different story. Even when he was younger, he still had that mask of Jedi calm. But he looks vulnerable now, like any other lost kid picked up by the Fleet. Replying over the network won't be enough.

She travels to the Huntress, not sure what she's going to do, frankly, but it's better than sitting on the Heron overthinking everything. Padmé looks for a smaller figure in Jedi robes. When she finds him, it takes all of her skill not to let her uneasiness show. ]

Obi-Wan?

[ He starts, despite himself. Useless, Obi-Wan admonishes himself for his reactions. If he's going to be a Jedi again, he had to behave better. Obi-Wan straightens his posture. ]

[ It takes him a minute. He mildly panicked (only because he had a bad feeling about it and surprise, he's not too surprised), said his 'I told you so's and generally got all that excessiveness out of his system before heading to Huntress. His Master needs him right now, even if he doesn't exactly know who he is. He won't fail him.

Finding Obi-Wan still proves to be as easy; their Force bond doesn't seem to have been severed, though it may be weaker. Clearing his throat, he calls out to his young Master. ]

Obi-Wan.

[ His hand goes to his saber until he realizes how strong the Force felt right now. He swallows. This was a Jedi. A Jedi would know what happened to Qui-Gon. Perhaps the Master had gone on ahead, waiting for Obi-Wan to catch up. That made sense. In a flurry of aborted movements, Obi-Wan manages to bow properly. ]

[Huh... someone new. Well, it is about that time of the week, albeit late. It's a little disconcerting to see him already armed, but judging by the man's expression, he's not handling this new situation very well. Mikleo tilts his head curiously as he watches the newcomer stalk through the hall, taking in his posture and appearance. Maybe he should grab Sorey so there's a friendly face to greet him? Seems like he needs it.

...Why does he look kind of familiar, though? Weird.]

[ When he was an adult, he found the singer. Now the child might come looking for a slightly different reason, perhaps? Maglor is working on soundproofing the room afforded him by the Personnel Augment, a place to practice and work on his compositions without bothering his shipmates - but for now, the door is open and the work hardly begun, for he is still learning his way around the unfamiliar tools and materials.

He sings as he works, a song of strong walls and white towers (of Gondolin, although he never saw his cousin's city, only heard the tales later), and if he spots Obi-Wan, he'll start to elaborate on it, painting the pictures for the young man of the people who lived in it, a story for him to listen to - the seven great gates, the tall king and his free-spirited sister, the seven captains of his guard, his beautiful daughter and his bright young grandson. ]
