Hey, no worries! [Jennifer bent down to scoop up one of the fluttering pages.] Finally getting out of the Marsiva is pretty exciting. I'm Jennifer.

Yeah it really is! Everything here is so cool! Except the flying thing. I don't think I'm a very good pilot.

[Which is why the ship is on auto pilot right now because who in their right mind let her drive???]

Got an unsuitable augment, huh? I'm sure you'll learn, though. And in the meantime, I'm here to patch us up if we get in any accidents. [This was said with a big wink.]

Yeah, I mean it's not all bad? Someone I know back home builds ships like these and she taught me how to drive a car so I figure this can't be that much different.

[Jennifer smiled, hoping this was the case. She'd never tried to fly the ship herself, so she had no real idea.]

And it's nice, isn't it? We all try to help each other out, since goodness knows Atroma's not overeager to give us any assistance.

Yeah, I think I kind of like it here. Even though I miss home.

[There's a lot to be homesick for too. She also wishes she could figure out how things panned out with Kuvira.]

Yeah... I get you there. I've been stuck here for over a year.

Over a year?! I-I can't stay here that long! What about my friends and my family?

Well, as far as we know, no time passes back home when we're brought here. It's... one of the few silver linings.

Oh. So... no one knows I'm gone.

[Somehow this was not comforting either.]

That's kind of a double edged sword, isn't it?

Yeah. Basically, when you go back, it's to the exact moment you disappeared... or so we've heard.

How so?

Well - no one knows we're gone so they won't worry and there's no point in us worrying since time doesn't move, right? Seems kind of lonely to me.

It does... but at the same time, everyone else here is in the same boat. So we just... try to live as best we can.

[lightbends]

I'll... I'll try my best not to bring everyone down. This is all just a lot to take in, I guess.
