Who: Maedhros & Hux
Broadcast: Nope!
Action: On the S.S. Heron.
When: Not long after Hux is injured?

Call it Elvish intuition or exceptional timing, but a certain General would find a new figure aboard his ship. Said figure stood at over seven feet tall, had long, dark red and copper hair, scars beyond count and one pointed ear (the other was originally pointed too until a blade reshaped it). Oh and he was missing a hand. However one would be very mistaken to challenge this Elf to a duel.

He had earned his scars legitimately (if one ignored the marks left by Morgoth). Those angered him every time he saw them; there was honor in battle and that Vala had ignored it in favor of torture. Maedhros could never support such, which was perhaps why he was drawn to someone like General Hux.

The child was very mistaken about what it took to rule. His future would be grim unless he put a stop to it.

"I am seeking one named Hux?" Maedhros thought he had the right ship, but how could one be sure? Nothing made sense amongst the stars.

"You are not familiar with the Resistance then," Hux commented as he flinched away slightly. He wasn't used to comforting gestures or really, used to anyone actually touching him.

Maedhros was rewarded with a flat stare. "I doubt it will scar," he said after a moment, uncomfortable as he leaned away. "You have no reason to see to my injuries."

Why would Maedhros do something like this then? It was a strange thing. They had only spoken once before and Hux knew next to little about this tall...Elf.

"I am capable of seeing to them myself," Hux said as he stopped at his quarters, taking off his overcoat. It would have to be cleaned but nothing that would stain at least. Appearances were important. "This is nothing I haven't dealt with already."

He opened the door to put his coat on the bed, sitting down as he let his fingers trace the edges of the bruise. It would look ugly for a few days but it would fade eventually.

"That is what makes you stronger." That was how it had always been his entire life. He didn't expect anything else- that would have been disgraceful for an officer of the Empire or First Order.

"Ice is not commonly found aboard a ship." It wasn't practical. "It's not serious enough to warrant a medic. The bruise will fade and the cut is relatively shallow."

He had never had many injuries outside of training though but he was determined that he wouldn't let it make him weak.

"I never said my title was significant. I have worked hard to attain the rank of general but the title itself is merely a formality. I am, and always will be, an officer of the First Order no matter what my rank here." Generals were replaceable in the grand scheme of things but he had grown up . And given his failure with Starkiller, he had no doubt that Snoke would replace him if he deemed it necessary.

He wasn't sure what to do with this though. It was making him very uncomfortable as he leaned away.
