If this is supposed to be some sort of joke, then I am not laughing. Though I find it rather cute that you seem to have made your walls fire-proof.

I needed a new name, and that one fit my . . . attitude at the time very well. It still fits.

Were you from one of the worlds that took your memories?

Ah - I have been to one of those worlds, but it is something I did long before I was brought there, when I was a girl.

[but she's putting two and two together and - suddenly, she lights up curiously]

[she uses all of her names, as much as she doesn't like it when some people use her real one. But she's as big a hypocrite as they come when it comes to names anyway]

[were this Kyriakos in any sense, the reaction would have been ten times more violent, and far less mild in comparison to her idle threat over the network] Not that I am pleased we are all trapped in some other prison world, of course, but I have been told that this one is nothing like that.

[ She lifts a shoulder, absently. ]

We don't have to fight, and we get to stop and stretch our legs sometimes. It seems better than the alternatives.

[that seems a little too good to be true. When she'd first arrived in Kyriakos, her team as new as she was, they'd been told a terrible game had been going on right that moment - only to come out and find that everyone had found a way around it. She was naive enough to believe that things were fine, then. Until her team had died days later.

So even hearing that it from multiple people here . . . she knows better than to trust it. Even if the words are coming from the few people she trusts the most, and someone they trust as well]

I suppose I will experience that sooner or later.
