[It's a party!  Or it's an excuse to enjoy yourself and drink with friends, whatever.  Beach, bonfire, booze, birthday cake, and maybe a beach volleyball game sob. Anyone who knows Nami is invited, but if you just want to wander by and get dragged into the festivities, well hey!  It's a public beach.

In short, it's a mingle log for having one hell of a night.  The ponies are in charge of this party, so you just know it's gonna be festive.]

[Cheese is happy, because of course he is. He's always better at the planning and execution part of the partying, though. Pinkie...well, she's got the personal touch, compared to him. She can flit about and be social in a way he never can.

So once he's done his part, Cheese can be found chillin' to one side, eating some snacks, contemplating a job well done. His accordion is out, and he's going though the scales, so he might not be THAT done just yet. ]

There's one partygoer who's pretty happy about that, though, and she's coming over with two generous slices of cake balanced on her back, eyeing that accordion with interest.]
