[There is a mess of protein smashed together in front of him on the table. When the video turns on there's a rather bedraggled and stressed out Vash. Dark circles under his eyes and the rare frown on his face.]

Please! For the love of everything pure in the world! TELL ME SOMEONE HERE KNOWS HOW TO MAKE DONUTS OUT OF THIS STUFF!

[Action for SS Three Twins]

[Vash will be trying to search down his crew mates after his short cry over the network. He has a question for each of them.]

So, apparently we need to pick a captain? You want the job? [Because he doesn't. He thinks he'd be bad at it, but he will if everyone else is adamant about not taking it.]

Oh man. I don't even know you at all. I have no idea what to offer or what you'd even like! [That and he has just about nothing too.]

Nothing that unusual. Books, clothes, medical supplies, weapons, money, liquor - you know, the essentials!

[though that gives him an idea and he taps his chin thoughtfully]

I mean I gotta admit, I'm pretty experienced cooking a lot of food in bad situations like this- so...maybe if you find something good, I can figure out some way to make donuts.

[You hear that? That's the sound of a guy rapidly patting down all his pockets in search of something to barter with. About the only thing useful that he has on him is a small med kit that he kept in his pocket. Never knew when you would get run out of town without supplies and a bullet in your arm after all! He's just not quiet ready to give that up. Even for donuts.]

[Come oooooooon. Prove him wrong. Please try to prove him wrong about your skill. Not that it seems like Vash is trying the reverse psychology move on the outside. Just that he is seriously giving up and thinking Zelos is all talk.]
