Having an engineering augment had seriously helped him with the ability to have some breathing space on the rather overly metal surfaces of the First Breath. Not that he didn't love his ship - honestly he spent as much time there chatting up Lily and Hawke as he did sleep.

Let's face it, Tyrion wasn't much for sleeping. So when he wasn't working on the Engineering of the ship (hour or two, tops), or his own projects (four to five depending on how late he stayed up), then managing the bar (eight hours), he still had time on his hands. So he would take that shuttle, and head out into the deep dark (don't think about it, do not even think about not having air), to visit.

If you are expecting a handsome - well at least charming - dwarf, do feel free to open your airlocks. No worries, he can break in if necessary.

"We have people who take notes on these things." He gives her a knowing look - he is one of those people, "Sooner or later, a pattern emerges. We just need to know how to ... best make use of it."

Good to know. She knows of some who kept track of things, but it's always best to know who exactly. "Dare we hope they can be predictable, that there is a pattern to be found?"

"There is some pattern, yes. I have yet to figure out what it means, however." He was keeping a watch on it though. Simply because this sort of thing fascinated him on how patterns were repeating.

"Oh? What sort of pattern have you seen?" Now she's curious, even if the pattern makes apparently no sense yet.

"That we arrive at planets that are frighteningly similar. Patterns of planets, of places that are very much alike." He tapped his fingers. "Just one after the other."

There are similarities? [She frowns, trying to think of how the last few places she had been to had been alike.]

Indeed - the Singing Planet? The hand-holding planet? Startlingly similar. I have heard there was a moon once that was much like our three moons now.

The Singing Planet? I don't recall that. Perhaps that was from before I was here.

I know it was from well before I arrived. Like I said, patterns repeating themselves.
