Early this morning, a video might interrupt whatever you're doing. On one side of the screen, there's a beautiful lady with light brown hair. On the other, the pinkest pony ever to have walked the multi-verse.

Hey hey HEY, everybody! It's the start of a new month, and we've had a GREAT time on this planet so far, especially with all this yummy real food! Sooo Kitty and I have been planning a pizza party!

Um, right. So, you should come. I guess. [She doesn't know how to do group invites with ponies. What is life?]

We'll be in this HUGE clearing at THESE coordinates, so bring some smiles, your stomach, and maybe a side dish or snacks if you want too! We'll see you there! And Wrath: we've got chimmy cherry chongas~!

We had to use a few substitutes, but it's still pizza, so you know today's priority. Also a good time to check it out if you've never heard of it.

[Local vendors have been generous enough to loan the use of their ovens and some long wooden tables for the clearing. Sure enough, there's dozens of pies, plain or topped with meat or vegetables or both. There's also jugs and jugs of fruit juices and lemonade and punch, and an equally bountiful dessert table including apple tarts, cakes, donuts, and yes, chimmy cherry chongas. And the best part is there's not a single gel-based ingredient in sight. Feel free to add something to the bounty or just come in, grab a slice, and enjoy!]

We aren't common. I'm the same as a red fox aside from the fur.

Is pink common for ponies?

[Hey, Pinkie just figures she comes from a world where foxes are a dominant species, like her own world is with ponies.]

Yeah, there's LOTS of colors of ponies back home! Pink, white, purple, yellow, red, blue, green, one of my best friends even has a rainbow mane and tail!

[All said as if this is completely and utterly normal.]

[She honestly is. Baking is tough when you have thumbs, she has no idea how someone without fingers at all could pull it off.]

[It's less impressive when a human is baking, now that she knows colourful ponies can do it too.]

I've never been much of a baker. Or a cook. [She hums.] I'm terrible at it, actually.

Yes. I'd much rather have people cook for me. I always considered it humanity's greatest accomplishment.

[But with a pony being able to do that she clearly needs to rethink the 'humanity' part.]

It's worked out in the past. I am from France, which is famous for their desserts and baked goods.

[She has no idea if there's a pony equivalent of France, but she kind of hopes there is. That would be hilarious.]

[Well, one episode referred to French haute couture by name, so there must be. We haven't seen it, though.]

Renart hesitates, because telling means a whole lot of talking, and a whole lot of talking means her mind control naturally kicks in after a while. And she'd rather not get run out of this place after only recently arriving.]
