Early this morning, a video might interrupt whatever you're doing. On one side of the screen, there's a beautiful lady with light brown hair. On the other, the pinkest pony ever to have walked the multi-verse.

Hey hey HEY, everybody! It's the start of a new month, and we've had a GREAT time on this planet so far, especially with all this yummy real food! Sooo Kitty and I have been planning a pizza party!

Um, right. So, you should come. I guess. [She doesn't know how to do group invites with ponies. What is life?]

We'll be in this HUGE clearing at THESE coordinates, so bring some smiles, your stomach, and maybe a side dish or snacks if you want too! We'll see you there! And Wrath: we've got chimmy cherry chongas~!

We had to use a few substitutes, but it's still pizza, so you know today's priority. Also a good time to check it out if you've never heard of it.

[Local vendors have been generous enough to loan the use of their ovens and some long wooden tables for the clearing. Sure enough, there's dozens of pies, plain or topped with meat or vegetables or both. There's also jugs and jugs of fruit juices and lemonade and punch, and an equally bountiful dessert table including apple tarts, cakes, donuts, and yes, chimmy cherry chongas. And the best part is there's not a single gel-based ingredient in sight. Feel free to add something to the bounty or just come in, grab a slice, and enjoy!]

They do seem to make our augments mostly unnecessary, don't they? Have there been any incidents were anyone needed security?

There actually have been a few times. We've been attacked by some ships before and recently some of the people on the fleet have been mind controlled into hurting others.

[Mind controlled is just easier for him to explain in his own mind then a "glitch" as if they were programs.]

[aigue]

[Mind controlled......... Well, she certainly didn't do it, and she doubts Charles did.]

So there is a need. That's too bad.

I doubt guns are very good against mind controlled people. When you don't want to hurt them, anyway.

Yeah, no. Guns aren't very useful in most situations really. [Says the man with a pistol always at his hip.]

It depends on what you want done. They can be very efficient on occasion.

[goldenglasses]

I suppose that's true. Still, I like it better when they're not needed at all.

[aigue]

I agree. It's a shame they're even an option for these augments.

[goldenglasses]

It is. [Vash stands, a bit slowly to not spook the fox nearby, with a stretch.]

But I'm thinking of checking out some of the drinks here. Did you want help pouring anything?

[She climbs to her feet, giving herself a brief shake.]

Since you're offering, why not?

Water? I mean, I'm not sure what talking foxes can drink. I just don't want someone thinking I being cruel to animals if I'm give you soft drink or something.

[aigue]

I can drink everything. That isn't typical for all foxes, but it isn't a problem for me.

[goldenglasses]

Alright then. What would you like. Let's see. We got water. Juice. Soft drink of different flavors.

There's probably a bowl or something around here I can pour it in.

[aigue]

[... Ah, right. Going to be kind of tough to drink out of a glass with a muzzle. That's too bad.

She starts sniffing around, then spies a bowl with a few cream puffs left. Grabbing it she'll drag it over. They can polish off the cream puffs and then voila! A bowl!]

Juice is fine.

[goldenglasses]

[Vash is more than happy to help get rid of those cream puffs. So good! Once the bowl is empty Vash pours some juice into the bowl.

Then he pours himself some soft drink. It's a lot softer than the stuff he usually has, but it will do.]

[aigue]

[Renart dives in, lapping eagerly at the juice. It's a bit weird to be drinking things like this after having had hands for over nine hundred years... but oh well. It's nostalgic.

Once she's finished she sighs heavily and flops over again. Yep, that is one satisfied fox.]

[goldenglasses]

[Vash laughs at the way she flops with enjoyment.] I'm assuming you've had enough.

[aigue]

Just barely.

[She huffs.] I don't think I can get up.

[goldenglasses]

Then don't. Why get up when you can nap?

[aigue]

I could, but that might mean some idiots might try to pet me while I'm asleep.

[goldenglasses]

That is a problem. I would say I'd keep an eye out for you, but I'll be honest. I'd probably fall asleep watching you. [Vash's head tilt back as he lets out a loud, roaring laughter.]

[aigue]

[Her tone is dry.] How helpful of you. I suppose I'll just have to survive somehow.

[goldenglasses]

Heh, good luck. Myself? I'm going to find a shady tree to sit under and start working on digesting all this food I just ate.

[aigue]

Good luck avoiding belly rubs. [Vash stretches out his long limbs with a yawn before doing just what he said he was going to do. Finding a shady spot for a nap.]
