So it seems we've returned to enclosed quarters once more. Let's play a game to liven things up.

I do not reckon I wish to kill anyone on the fleet, not even the Atroma. Must I choose someone for that? they would think I loathe them.

All the more reason to make a game of it. Who would interpret it correctly? Who would not? Who would run in circles to understand the Lady Tyrell?

I only hope they would not think I am serious. Imagine, if some would begin guarding their cups thinking I would poison their wine.

Very well, then. Must I only choose one person? I can think of several I'd marry.

I'm sure they possess a sense of humour.

I'd marry Queen Daenerys if I could and we would rule the seven kingdoms together, two beautiful queen, what more could the kingdoms want?

Gods above. In my realm too many wish to attend it and in his, the one most fitting has no wish for it.

That is the nature of rulers and the rule, I'm afraid. Those who know better choose to avoid the responsibilities.

[ Leto would have liked that option, but he never had it and letting his enemies take the throne was not ideal. ]

But if all those who are wise and know such responsibility avoid the duty, who shall carry it for the benefit of the people, my lord?

I would say all of them do. But the mark of a good leader who understands the burden of leadership. It is not something to yearn for or even taken lightly.

I suppose it is not. One has to be prepared, willing and acknowledge the price which might have to be paid.

There has been so many fallen kings in my realm, my Lord, as of late. It seems the duty demands the head of he who takes it upon himself.

That is not surprising. Your world is fractured and there's very little that holds it together. In my kingdom, melange keeps the other Houses in check. He who controls the Spice, controls the universe.

[ And Leto controls everything. He's not iron-fisted, but the others know not to conspire against him now. They knew his father. They know his legacy. ]

A universal deterrent usually keeps the wolves at bay.
