[ There's a bit of movement as the feed comes on, and there's a flash of orange and a quiet 'meow' before Hermione actually gets the camera to focus on her - and she's smiling, a little shy but still there. She might have been used to making broadcasts in the Drabwurld, but things feel a little bit different here on the fleet - and a lot more public. ]

Hi. So, my name is Hermione Granger, for anyone that doesn't know, and I was hoping to start a sort of... Greenhouse, for all of us to use, for herbs and plants for the labs. I just wanted to see if anyone had anything that they wanted to grow there?

[ She stands up, moving to one side before she turns the feed, pointing it down at her desk where there's an odd assortment of seeds organised into little pots, all with neat labels and ordered into fewest to most, for those that care. There's a garden there already, but having one entirely dedicated to herbology might be useful. ]

I have a handful already, and I think I can handle setting things up with a bit of transfiguration, but if anyone had some ideas or wanted to help I'd be more than happy to listen. It won't be on the Vanquish, of course, but somewhere on the Iskaulit for anyone to use... Eventually. I'm not entirely sure how long this sort of thing might take to set up, honestly. I'm hoping to build a little potions room, too, if anyone's magical like me.

[ ... At least she has dirt, literally, from the planet? ]

Well, I'll start making potions, of course, and see what else there is in the library.

Aren't potions just working more? Though the library is a good choice, too. I wonder if I can find that Romance of the Three Kingdoms...

But I can't believe summer is going to end without a chance to go to the beach... This space vacation does have problems.

Potions are fun. They're relaxing... Most of the time.

[ When she isn't brewing Polyjuice or Truth Potion, of course. ]

There was a beach on the planet - didn't you go before we left?

I think you're much better as Caster than a Lancer, even if I didn't really know the Lancer in the Drabwurld very well.

Ah... I'm flattered! But it's still a matter of impact! And certain assets being released. A summer-only special Tamamo! Doesn't it get your attention?

Hm? You didn't? Wasn't he your partner?

Oh, no, the other one. I knew Diarmuid very well.

[ Obviously. She doesn't think of Dia as 'Lancer' in her mind. ]

I don't want to ask about the 'assets'...

[The fourth wall is weak to Caster. It's a problem.]

I think I have plenty of "assets" to catch interest, don't you?

[ And now she's pink. ]

His name was Cu Chulainn, I think?

Oh? I knew they had caught your attention. If you like them, there's a lot we can do, you know.

[She manages to say it with a straight face very well. Though her mood inmediately shifts, rolling her eyes.]

Oh, that dog... Well, I liked his sense of humor, but nothing else. He was a pretty annoying opponent, though his Master was even more annoying.

No, that - I'm fine, thank you, Tamamo.

[ But she shakes her head, glancing away. ]

All I know is that he gave me a quest and that he was very close with a friend of mine. That's all.

Awww.

That dog boy was my opponent during the sixth week of the War. He blew a hole in the wall next to the Arena to scare us, but more importantly, while that shameless Master of his was trying to kill us in the Arena, she did it while hiding her identity and trying to seduce my Master outside of it! What a brazen brat that Tohsaka girl was.

Ah, but we found out that my Aphotic Cave spell can block even the legendary spear and its curse of causality. Your cute Tamamo has become a top-tier Servant!

Wait - wait.

[ She turns her head, frowning. ]

You knew Rin Tohsaka?

Hm? You also know that girl?

[... ... ...]

Ehhh?! Wait a moment! Master, she didn't try to put the moves on you too, did she? She didn't, right?!

No, no, of course not, we barely talked at all, really. I'm just surprised at how many people we both know.

That is a good point... Hm, maybe it's fate!

[Or at least Fate/. But she seems a lot more relaxed now that Hermione has denied that.]

That girl was someone who wouldn't play fair, but very emotional... She tried to sabotage us by hacking the board displaying our opponents. She thought we couldn't prepare if we didn't know who we were to fight against, but by that point, the number of Masters had shrunk from one hundred and twenty-eight to four... Or, it should have been four. But it was easy to figure out with only three possible enemies.

For some sort of high-minded "freedom fighter", she didn't think her plans through at all.

Maybe something a little like that.

[ Hermione isn't sure how much she believes in the idea of fate, after all, but she does pay attention to Tamamo, definitely interested. ]

That doesn't sound much like the woman I knew, but, like I said, I didn't know her that well at all. I was closer to Waver and my best friend who wasn't a Master in his world.

She was cunning. She probably hid her true nature to get closer to someone. I don't know any 'Waver', though. I suppose the coincidences can't keep going forever.

We weren't exactly on the same side, honestly. I only met her because I was helping Gilgamesh with something.

[ Hermione smiles, waving a hand. ]

I don't know if she's still around. She was Unseelie.

Don't spare her another thought, then! She's not around anymore.

[Said totally cheerfully:]

I killed her, after all.

[ Her expression drops, but Hermione nods her head. ]

Because you won the war.

That's right. She lost in the semifinals, and the Moon Cell Holy Grail War only allows for one single survivor.

[She's being misleading, she knows she is. But still... She can't quite bring herself to confess the war's end.]

That sounds like the War I heard about from Gilgamesh, too, except he was worried about poison as well.
