[ after the incident which involved steve rogers, a misunderstanding regarding technology and some ( very flattering ) photos of one Peggy Carter, Steve tried to avoid addressing the entire network regarding anything less than a security threat.

And then today happened.

The video opens up to the Starstruck though the ship looks drastically different due to the large number of red, white and blue balloons and confetti that seems to be everywhere. To make matters weirder, there seems to be a rather big cake reading 'Happy 1776th birthday, your Highness' and a song that seems to be playing every few minutes and rather loudly.

And in the middle of it all, there sits Steve Rogers himself and his smile is absolutely long suffering. He looks up and waits for the song to end before speaking rather hurriedly, mostly since he's worried it'll start over. ]

[ is he saying it through gritted teeth? Oh yes. And why? ]

And more importantly to Pinkie Pie who dedicated her time and effort to doing all of this. It's - very kind of you. Can't say I've ever had that much done for my birthday before.

[Dude, it's totally fine if he tells her; all he needs to do is tell her what he wants next year and that Tony was pranking him. She might even help prank him back~ All's fair in love and fun, right?]

I didn't live for a long time I - a few years ago, I flew a vessel that crashed in the arctics, you ever heard of the place? it went under the ice and I was frozen for many years before they found me. So he makes fun because technically, I'm very old.

Huh. Well that's a weird way to do it. Princess Celestia and Princess Luna are super old too, I mean Luna was trapped in the moon for a thousand years, but Celestia's been that young for a LONG time!

[No word on the aging of Cadance or Twilight yet, though.]

How does hat work? are they called princesses because they're older or are they older because they're princesses?

Kind of the latter! The princesses in our world have REALLY strong magic because they're alicorns, so I guess that's why they live for so long!

That's interesting, are they simply born that way?

[ it's something he never thought he'd ask about, the little details of pony royalty but what do you know. ]

Not always! My friend Twilight Sparkle got turned into a princess for writing new magic! And I think Princess Cadance used to be a pegasus before she became a princess!
