[He's honestly not sure if the fighting up on Solrius is done or not, but that doesn't really matter. When the feed turns on, Clay's in the cargo hold of the Vanquish, where there are about two crates on a trolley and ready to go. It's not apparent what's in them, but that's what he's going to address.]

Hey everyone. By now, I'm sure a lot of you now about what's going on with the planet Solrius. There's a man and a dragon [Sorey and Mikleo], and they're tearing the civilization up there apart. I saw it myself a few days ago; a lot of the trees are gone, the earth itself took a big hit, and a good chunk of people there are homeless now. They destroyed a lot in those past few days... and they're part of the fleet.

I know we don't have much longer here, but I don't want to leave a planet in shambles after they offered their home to us. [He tilts the comm to give the crates the center view.] I don't have a lot of credits, but I tried to buy what I could to help. There's some blankets and water, first-aid kits, food, some new clothing, and cleaning supplies.

[It helps that he got a pretty hefty paycheck just for being marginally involved in this whole thing, though the thought of that made him feel awful. Hence, using all of it to buy what he could to help.]

But this isn't nearly enough to help them. I'm going to be heading up there tonight, but if any of you want to drop off anything that could help, I'm in the cargo bay of the Vanquish. I've attached a list to the bottom of this of the things we need, and if there's anything else that can be added, just let me know. If you just want to give credits, I'll go out and buy some more supplies for this.

Ah - yeah, I should probably specify some things in case non-humans read it...

[He bends to take the clipboard with the list on it, already putting a number beside soaps and shampoos. After that, he'll start to write in some details.]

For personal care items, I was thinking along the lines of toothpaste, toothbrushes, hair brushes, hair ties, shampoo and soap - which you brought a lot of, and deodorant. And for baby supplies, there's diapers, bottles, baby wipes, baby food, blankets - if we could get supplies to make cribs, that'd be great. Alphonse is coming with me, so he can use his alchemy to ake them into beds for them.

Let's see - for non-perishable food, there's... hmm, crackers, applesauce, canned food, pudding, fruit cups, granola bars... ah, cereal and jerky, too, and rice and pasta.

[Kaworu listens with rapture in his face: the attentiveness of a subordinate (to whatever degree he's allowing), and awe over humans and creatures like humans, beings which harvest and create so many things in order to thrive and survive. The endeavor of helping to provide for these people doesn't weigh on his shoulders like a burden; instead, it seems like an opportunity to learn more. (And, secretly, to absolve himself, even a little, of what his birth did to planet Earth. Perhaps he's feeling especially sore about it because its anniversary is so soon...)

He ticks off on his fingers while Clay speaks, and then conveys as much confidence as he can manage. Thanks to his specialized, practiced sort of composure, he can manage a heck of a lot.]

I will do all that I can. Every species tries its best to fight extinction.

[ ... So, okay, his intentions are good, but he still lacks propriety.]

[One can almost see Kaworu's heart leaping into an even higher plane of hope than where he usually resides. It's like a sprout springing out of soil. In other words, he looks delighted.]

Captain, that sounds wonderful. I could learn so much.

[Wooooow. It's like Clay just gave Kaworu Christmas wrapped up in birthdays. He can't help raising his eyebrows as a smile comes up, then give Kaworu's shoulder a pat as he walks by, indicating for him to follow.]
