Who: Everyone messed up by the dragon plot, and visitors
Broadcast: N/A
Action: Blue Fish's clinic!
When: All throughout the Solrius dragon plot and through the space flight to the next destination.
[So several RPG characters, a dragon, and two messianic figures walk into a planet.
Everything is suffering and tears, there's a lot of dead people, there's no punchline. But, hey, for the survivors, the Blue Fish's clinic is treating wounds and generally being a decent place to rest and recover and pray you don't see a dragon again. And for those who weren't involved, there's enough people bedridden here that there may just be someone you want to visit.]

Good point. Best not to invoke the wrath of the doctor.

[She has seen some shit.]

Dated a healer. I think I can see where you're goin' with that.
[ He says it in a fond enough way, though. Good times... ]
How long 're you in for, anyway? How bad is it?

She's just not going to mention any of that, though, and just laugh.]
Not quite sure. It's pretty bad, so I'm here for a while, even if I can heal it a little.
The problem is I am very bad at healing.

[ Because yeah that would be bad. ]

[ And one of his closer friends is one of them! Whoops. He shrugs. ]

[ Beat. ]
Sorry. It's kinda cool comparin' notes like this, when things are apparently so different.
[ Looks like someone's not quite used to being such a nerd about something... but ever since coming here? His interest has definitely been piqued. ]

I agree, though. I like hearing about other systems... I figure if there's a way out of here, and a way to solve the Atroma problems, it's the weird areas where different systems of magic or technology from worlds interact in new ways. The gray areas in the rules that govern them that don't have a known solution...
[She's a huge nerd at magic at the best of times, but this place has set her off even more on it.]

[ Eithan, don't grin about that, you doofus. ]
I think you're right, though. If worlds play by different rules, then here's no exception. I bet puttin' our heads together and takin' advantage of that gray area's definitely the way to go about it.

[if she weren't all beaten up she'd puff up in pride at his agreement though.]
We just need a meeting of mages around here, really.

Especially if some of 'em don't get along... I haven't met everyone yet, I've got no clue who should or shouldn't be around whoever else.
no subject
Oh, shit, I hadn't thought of that. That's a good point.

... Then again, that might depend - how're we gonna go about definin' "mage"? There's worlds that don't really use that word, you know?

[she's grumbling now...]

Guess some people really like the sound of "witch"? Oh, or "sorceror". I've heard that one before.
