When: All throughout the Solrius dragon plot and through the space flight to the next destination.

[So several RPG characters, a dragon, and two messianic figures walk into a planet.

Everything is suffering and tears, there's a lot of dead people, there's no punchline. But, hey, for the survivors, the Blue Fish's clinic is treating wounds and generally being a decent place to rest and recover and pray you don't see a dragon again. And for those who weren't involved, there's enough people bedridden here that there may just be someone you want to visit.]

Nah, I'm good. Looks worse than it is. [ One hand reflexively goes to his eye - the bruising is way down, but it still looks, well, yeah. Like shit. ] Thanks, though.

Almost. I went with Allen to go help Sorey first, and my directin' his attention worked too well. Came right at me, and like two seconds later, I was tastin' dirt.

[ He looks over at Nightingale, winces a little. ]

At least she'll be okay, right?

At least you got knocked out before he could kill you? I don't know, silver linings.

Yeah, because I found her when I did and not literally three seconds later.

Ehh, actually Lailah healed me so I could get back up and keep right on fightin'. So really, just lucky to be standin'. [ Beat. ] Well. Sittin', now. Ugh.

[gives him a look, leaning back slightly in her chair to cross her arms]

To be fair, accordin' to my parents, both of those went to my sister.
