When: All throughout the Solrius dragon plot and through the space flight to the next destination.

[So several RPG characters, a dragon, and two messianic figures walk into a planet.

Everything is suffering and tears, there's a lot of dead people, there's no punchline. But, hey, for the survivors, the Blue Fish's clinic is treating wounds and generally being a decent place to rest and recover and pray you don't see a dragon again. And for those who weren't involved, there's enough people bedridden here that there may just be someone you want to visit.]

No, I mean more specifically than that. Where are you hurting most? Are you tired? Hungry?

[... where she's hurting most? Her heart. Because she doesn't know Sorey and Mikleo's fate. Because she couldn't do anything to save them, after all.

Arms, mostly... I can heal myself a bit, but this is a lot, even for me.

Also, those painkillers are strong. My head feels kind of... cotton-y?

Yes, please. If I get food, I'll be able to heal myself faster. Anything is fine.

[And she is, with a small tray of food - ginger ale, broth, and crackers.]

If this goes down easy and you're still hungry, I'll get you something more substantial but we don't want to rush it.

[If Beverly remembers her levitation trick with the bottles, she's doing that again so she can eat without moving her arms.]

Drinks will help me restore magic to heal with faster, at least...

What kind of drinks? Any in particular that help the most?

Well, anything infused with mana-restoring properties, but since those aren't here...

[She has to think for a moment.]

Wines and ciders seemed to be the best... Aged drinks? The older something is, the better its mana conductivity and augmentation, since it reinforces itself through time...

[She's awake enough to have full bear of her knowledge and expertise in magic, but out of it enough that she's automatically defaulting into lecture mode to teach.]

I can't give you anything alcoholic right now, not until the painkillers are totally out of your system.

... Worth a try, anyway. I dunno how the ship makes anything, so I doubt those would work. Water's better than nothing, if barely, I guess...

[Suddenly, an idea occurs to Beverly. Probably should have thought of it sooner, but let's be real: magic healing is never what comes first to mind for her.]

Well - they are these little gels and different colors do different things. Stefan said the orange ones are for restoring mana - is that kind of what you're talking about?
