If anyone can see this transmission, my name is Rey and I was just - [Meeting a cloaked Jedi. No big deal.] It doesn't matter. I'm looking for the Millennium Falcon and a tall Wookiee named Chewbacca.

[Unless she has been kidnapped by the First Order again.]

This ship is called the Marsiva, isn't it? It...wouldn't happen to be owned by the First Order, would it?

[Please say no. She has noticed that she is missing the lightsaber and that leaves her with only one option if she is cornered. ~~How does the Jedi Mind Trick even work?~~]

[Now there's a sight for sore eyes. Finn must be beside himself. Any petty personal concerns aside, it's great to see a friendly face.]

Hey, Rey.

We're not in our galaxy any more. You'll be stuck on the Marsiva for a little while, but in a few days they'll assign you a ship. If it's not the Caprine, you should transfer here.

Finn'll be happy to see you. I am, too.

[She's relieved to see him, whole and looking happy. When she had left him behind, she knew there were no guarantees that any of them would remain unscathed or alive.]

Poe... I am! I talked to Finn and I'll fill out the paperwork. I think I'm supposed to go to the Bloodsport first.

[Her smile is soft.]

I'm happy to see both of you. He looks back to normal.

Good, I shoulda known you two would be way ahead of me.

He's been doing really well here. Healthy from the start, and he's getting to be his own man. Had a scare when Hux showed, but I talked him down.

Good. He shouldn't be scared of any of them. He's better than them.

[She's grateful to Poe for being there for Finn.]

Let me guess your augment... Pilot?

Hux is nothing without an army to back him up. I just keep reminding everyone that on his own, he can't even shoot straight. [Glossing over how he knows that from personal experience now.] And Finn's worth a hundred of a hollow man like Hux.

Yeah, got it in one. These ships aren't much to fly, but my engineer's been trying to improve our shuttles at least. Those have a little more maneuverability, but it's nothing on an X-Wing. Hell, it's not even close to a Y-wing.

[Her expression is caught between worried and amused. How does he know that about Hux?]

I haven't talked to him much. His connection with the First Order tells me enough, I think.

[All she can envision is Kylo Ren when she thinks of the Order.]

I'm a pilot too. [Hi, want some company flying?] I'll see if I can find some blueprints and learn how the ships are made.

[Maybe he'll show her the scar sometime.]

Great! The more people flying, the better. I could do without being solo all the time. And I'll introduce you to Pinkie right away. She's our engineer, and she's good.

[Nope, not spilling the beans on the whole pink pony thing, let Rey find that one out as a surprise, just like Poe did.

She has an interesting name. [But surely she isn't...pink. Right? Unless she's an alien race? That could be a nice color.]

Uh...no. Not yet. [Her amusement falls away and she stiffens.] Does he have his lightsaber?

She's a great cook, too. [Nope, saving the surprise.]

I didn't ask. But as far as I know, they don't let people loose with their weapons. [It's not the lightsaber he's personally freaked out about.]

But in good news... General Solo is here. Alive.

Is her food pink too? [Well it will be funny.]

Good. [His other powers are terrifying, but she can resist him to a certain degree. If her friends are in trouble, she doesn't mind intervening to distract him.]

Yeah. And I told him I don't want him going in without backup. I think he took me seriously.

According to Finn, you might like your food orange.

[No, that's pretty much the most pressing question.]

I'll tell him the same. He shouldn't be without a weapon and he shouldn't drop his guard.

He'll be happy to see you. Hopefully between the three of us, we can keep him out of trouble.

It'll be good for him to see beyond what the Order did to him...asked of him. I know he can do anything he sets his mind to.
