Some have probably been dreading this moment. Kylo Ren is free!

[Option A: Immediately after the shuffle.]

It's probably a good thing all the people he's already pissed off aren't aboard the SS Red Fish. Because thanks to his violent outbursts aboard the Marsiva, Kylo just spent the past week locked in a small supply closet with only a bottle of window cleaner to sustain him. He's starving, dehydrated, exhausted and unless someone catches him, he's hitting the floor along with the confetti...

[Option B: A bit later.]

As soon as he could stand without passing out, Kylo was determined to explore his surroundings. That included the Red Fish (which thanks to his augment, now sported a pantry with food that wasn't protein gel) and anywhere else he could conceivably go.

He'd gotten briefed on the basics. He pulled out his communicator, and turned the audio settings on. "So, who missed me?"

"All right, having more than one." He did have air, after all. "But that's not an exaggeration. So you can stop laughing!"

Loki was very good at pushing Kylo Ren's buttons. Granted, it wasn't all that difficult.

"But if you're desperate enough on your next stay, the window cleaner is mostly vinegar. Try making a half-empty bottle of that a week's worth of sustenance! Be my guest!"

"I never stop laughing when there is such meat for merriment." Because the universe is a very, very funny place, in so many ways.

"I didn't find the door handle to be such a challenge as that, myself."

Kylo sighed in frustration.

"Those kriffing robots locked it! From the outside. So that there wasn't any way to open it from the inside! Believe me, I tried everything!"

The fact that he pissed off a ship full of robots was more than evident from the earlier video broadcast. Definitely high ratings mateial.

"You must have been very rude to them." Aw, so cute. "Did you try apologizing?"

"They're droids! They were doing things to me! Why would I apologize?!"

As proven by video broadcast, he managed to take out quite a few with the Force and his bare hands before they managed to sedate him the second time.

So mildly: "Then you might not have had that undignified screeching fit across the network."

"What are you talking about?"

Because for as long as that initial broadcast went on, Kylo didn't actually know anything was recording. Once he was locked up, he'd spoken to a lot of people, but they contacted him. When he was fighting the robots? No clue.

He laughs softly. "You put on quite a show for all of us. And you didn't even know. Oh my."

"...Put on quite a show?"

"Your tantrum was broadcast for all to see."

The pieces were beginning to come together. If there was indeed footage of him fighting back against the robots, maybe it held some clues as to how he could fix what they did to him.

"Fighting for your life isn't a tantrum!" He insisted, and then more calmly, "...does this footage exist anywhere?"
