Another dramatic entry
Who: Kylo Ren and OTA
Broadcast: a bit later, Fleetwide.
Action: SS Red Fish and wherever he discovers he can go
When: After the shuffle
Some have probably been dreading this moment. Kylo Ren is free!
[Option A: Immediately after the shuffle.]
It's probably a good thing all the people he's already pissed off aren't aboard the SS Red Fish. Because thanks to his violent outbursts aboard the Marsiva, Kylo just spent the past week locked in a small supply closet with only a bottle of window cleaner to sustain him. He's starving, dehydrated, exhausted and unless someone catches him, he's hitting the floor along with the confetti...
[Option B: A bit later.]
As soon as he could stand without passing out, Kylo was determined to explore his surroundings. That included the Red Fish (which thanks to his augment, now sported a pantry with food that wasn't protein gel) and anywhere else he could conceivably go.
He'd gotten briefed on the basics. He pulled out his communicator, and turned the audio settings on. "So, who missed me?"

Still, probably not. There was another pause before she stepped closer. "Can you get up?"
Maybe that was a better place to start.
no subject
"Just tell me... I'm out of the damn closet."
no subject
"You are in the galley of the Red Fish."
no subject
"...water." His voice was weak and he hated himself for it, but he was desperate! Introductions could wait!
no subject
"Was there something wrong with the food on the Marvisa?"
no subject
"Yeah." He answered between gulps. "I couldn't get to it! They had me locked up."
no subject
It seemed like the obvious question.

Technically, they were healing him, but he didn't know that. All he knew was that he was on a table in a medbay that didn't belong to his faction being worked on by droids he didn't recognize. It was a perfectly valid reaction, given the circumstances.

She knew some of the people here were rather odd and invasive, but generally not while they were still trapped on the Marvisa.
no subject
If there were, he reasoned, someone would have heard him and let him out. Instead, he was stuck trying to unsuccessfully break free.
no subject
"Why did they do that?"
no subject
no subject
"Were they experimenting on you? Were you anywhere besides the hospitality area?"
no subject
Looking back on it, he'd have to admit the robots were doing their task of healing him before installing and programming his augment. But at the time...
"You wake up on a table in some unfamiliar place with robots working on you, what the kriff would you do?!" He exclaimed with what limited strength he could muster. "After they knocked me under again, they did something... They healed me and they crippled me. I... I can't feel the Force."
no subject
But it was the rest of what he said that caught her attention. The Force. She'd heard of it before, from Leia and her friends, before they'd all disappeared from the fleet. "They took away your powers?"
First time she'd heard of that, though.

She was pretty sure that was it.
"But they did not lose their abilities." Which had made Laura fairly uncomfortable. She didn't really care for telepaths. Or telepath-lite.
no subject
"Which puts me at a dangeous disadvantage." Kylo hissed. "Has anyone else been brought here stripped of their power? Anyone at all?!"
no subject
"I don't know."
no subject
"I'm going to guess it was just me, then." He huffed.
no subject
She hadn't. But who knew.
no subject
He didn't like it. The silence in his head made him uneasy to the point he wanted to do anything to fill it.
