[ That creepy kid that looks like he hasn't slept and maybe witnessed a murder or two is back at it again. This time the dark eyebags aren't all he's sporting- he looks unusually pale with a sheen of sweat over him, causing his blonde hair to stick to his forehead. A seizure on top of overexerting himself has taken its toll. Yeah, it's probably impressive he's coherent with his fever back at it. ]

I believe I need a maester's advice.

[ Ever since he arrived he felt better than he had in a long time, but he had easily been abusing that, so used to pushing ahead beyond the wall. He's forgotten how he should behave. Maybe he caught something from a crewmember, either way, he feels like pond scum heated up. ]

I no longer have tea for my fever.

[ If anyone wants to check on him, he's on the First Breath. ]

[She manages not to say "you don't look good". She has only seen him once before also through the network. She'd ask what a maester is but it seems clear enough that it must be some kind of healer.]

We have stronger things than tea for fevers here. You need to see a doctor or someone with a lab augment.

[ Don't worry, he knows it, he feels it. It can go unsaid. ]

Stronger things? I'm not sure who has a lab augment on the ship. [ Or what a doctor is. ]

Medicine that's more concentrated. What ship are you on? [She'll look it up on the roster.]

The First Breath. [ Medicine that's more concentrated sounds daunting, so he frowns. ]

Tyrion's ship? [Okay, she doesn't even have to look that one up. She's memorized it's crew as she has a few of them where she has a close friend aboard.] Lily should be able to help you then. [She's never met the woman, but she knows Tyrion holds her in high regard.] Unless another doctor [maybe an actual doctor] responds first.

Lily... [ He pauses, trying to decide if he's actually really been acquainted with her. He tries to keep his head down and avoid people. A Crannogman through and through. ] The lady with red hair?

That's right. There should be a lab on your ship. Do you need help getting there or finding someone?

[Furiosa will rouse herself from her quarters, collect some of her own soup and tea stocks, and go to visit Jojen. She's not sure if what she has is what he needs - it's a pretty basic black tea, and simple chicken soup - but it's better than nothing.]

Hey. Got something for you.

[ Jojen doesn't expect to see Furiosa, but he doesn't have a complaint, if anything he's extremely thankful when he sees what she's brought. ]

Captain Furiosa. Thank you. [ It's not the tea he's been using, but he's incredibly thankful, still. ] I believe I haven't been sleeping well enough.

[kill_switch]

Still not? What tea were you using?

[She sets the soup and tea she brought on the beside counter.

Yarrow, I believe.

[ He offers her a weak smile, shifting so she can sit down on the edge of the bed if she wants. ]

My dreams wake me up.

[kill_switch]

[She does take a seat, watching him curiously.]

That used to happen to me when I arrived. [It took her a year, but eventually the nightmares surrounding Immortan Joe and the race to escape were coming less and less.] It'll get better, with time.

[ He pauses, trying to decide if he should tell her he has the Sight. Instead, he shakes his head softly. ]

I've had dreams that awaken me since I was younger.

[ A pause. ]

What were your dreams about?

Bad men, war. Things I had to endure to be safe and free, people I lost in the struggle.

[She's leaving out a great amount of detail, but she figures there's enough to give Jojen an idea on what she was plagued with.]

I dream of bad men sometimes, of deaths, of the future. Did you soothe yourself from your dreams by reminding yourself of how many you saved?

[ He isn't sure whether he wishes he had normal dreams or not. ]

I don't always dream of awful things, but it's the awful things I often have to see.

I didn't think to try that. Usually I distract myself, take a run or scroll through the network.

If you ever wake and want some company, I'm around. I don't sleep much.

I may be able to help you. What sort of tea have you been taking for your fever?

[greensights]

Yarrow, or I believe it was yarrow, it looked similar and helped my fever. [ Now he's just suffering. ]

[Jennifer nodded.]

I may be able to give you medicine for it instead, if you'd be willing to take it. How long have you had a fever?

[greensights]

It depends on what sort of medicine it is. [ At least he's honest. ] Since I was young -- it isn't constant. It gets worse when I don't get enough rest or have waking dreams.

I can brew something like the tea you've been drinking, if that's what you're comfortable with- we grow medicinal plants on the Iskaulit. [Jennifer smiled, but then she seemed surprised.] So it's a chronic illness? I mean- it never goes away entirely?

[greensights]

I would like that.

[ She's not like any Lady he's ever met. Skills of a maester for a woman are odd, but he's never been one to throw a wrench at gender equality. After all, his sister is the fighter not he. ]

No, it does not go away. [ Whether it's from the original sickness, or the visions the Three Eyed Crow gave him, he's not sure. But he knows they have both been hell on his health. ]

[Jennifer nodded, looking sympathetic. Poor kid, she thought- having a chronic fever was bad enough, but not knowing how to treat it was worse.]
