[It's been a month of loss for the Windrose. We've lost Ordis, Tenno, and now our captain The Vision. We could probably use some visitors and ship togetherness.]

[ Luckily Sascha doesn't look into the pause or the way she doesn't answer his question; he's just happy for the attention and what her words mean, and his reply comes much faster: ]

I'll see you soon. [She'll make sure the ship is ready to accept him. And maybe she'll leave it off and check with Winn after this?]

[pneumo]

[ Sascha would love her forever except he's already doing that, so♥ Instead he's just going to hurry to the shuttle and make his way over, overjoyed when the ship doesn't automatically refuse him. ]

[She's in the cargo bay waiting for him to disembark. She finds smiling is pretty easy when she sees him which is good. She hasn't had the best days lately and she wouldn't have wanted him to feel unwelcome right after she welcomed him.]

[ Kitty smiles. That's all Sascha needs to feel welcome, hurrying over to hug her. He's been getting better about tip-toeing less around the people who've forgiven and/or accepted him despite his glitch. So Kitty get a biiiiig hug ]

[The hug is perfect actually. She feels a little guilty about it because it's here on the Windrose with no permanent plans in place to let him travel here whenever he likes yet. But it's been a rough week and it's good to just spend some time with a friend like Sascha.] It's good to see you. I'm glad you could come. [Maybe she should have gone to him but she's been trying to spend more time on the Windrose with the departures.]

[pneumo]

[ If it helps any, Sascha's happy with even just this. He's quick to nuzzle into her shoulder and bump his head against hers--habits formed from all the time he spends with Bigby--before he pulls back a bit, perky and grinning. ]

[Like a man-shaped puppy.] I missed you too. [But she's also realizing she really had no plans here.] Um, do you want to see the ship slugs? [Some of the aquatic ones are in the tanks hanging overhead in the cargo bay.]

[ That's okay; Sascha's plans consist entirely of "yay I get to see Kitty and talk with her", so anything above and beyond that is extra and awesome.

...Except for the slugs, I mean. ]

Ship slugs???

[Slugs are no good?]

Yeah, some of the crew picked them up when we were on the hand-holding planet. [She extends a hand out to him.] I could take you up to look. There are some plants too. [Those are easier to see hanging over the sides where they've grown fuller.]

[pneumo]

[ He is one of the few people who gets the off-putting feel from them instead of the happy juju.

Sascha already feels goosebumps, but he takes Kitty's hand anyway and nods. ]

Ummm...okay. But I don't...have to touch them, right? The slugs?

No, you can just look. I mean, you don't have to do that if you don't want to. [She honestly thought he'd be excited. He's usually excited about everything.] You don't like them?

[pneumo]

They give me the creeps.... [ Which is putting it nicely, but Sascha doesn't look upset or anything by it when he answers, swinging their hands lightly. ]

I dunno why.

Well, in that case if Winn ever suggests introducing you to Pixel just say no. And we can skip the slug part of the tour. Um, we have a pinball machine now. We could play?

[pneumo]

What's a pinball?? [ Oh Kitty, you forget that Sascha knows literally nothing about any form of entertainment. In part because he was never able to participate, but mostly because the modern pleasures we have today are before his time. Even pinball machines. ]

It's a game. Come on, it's over here. I'll teach you. [Leading him over to the machine and depositing the credit.] You want to earn as many points as possible by using the buttons to move the flippers to get the ball to hit the targets. [She points to things as she mentions them.]

[pneumo]

But where are the balls?? The game's empty. [ Because she hasn't turned it on yet Sascha. BE PATIENT MAN, or you know, not. He's already poking the plastic of the case in confusion. ]

You have to turn it on first. I'll do a round and you can see how it works and if you're not into it we can just go hang out. [With less activities since she's batting a zero at suggesting them so far.]

[pneumo]

[ Shhh all Sascha needs is you Kitty, the rest is all bonus ]

[How is that possible?] See, you just move these and watch it go! [The machine dings and lights up in places and that's probably not the best for his eyes is it? Humans and their sensory stimulation!]

Anyway, how have you been?

[ Yeahhhh, that part kind of...hurts. And makes him squint behind his shades a bit too, but he's trying not to be too affected. Kitty was excited to show him this! ]

Pretty good... I've been sleeping with Bigby a lot. [ And by now there's no doubt about what he means with that. ] Oh! And Kurt visits now too~
