[Sokka keeps tabs on his crew a lot, but there's a few scant people outside of the Blue Fish he absolutely tried to check up on as and when he can. After the...weird hyperactivity effects he'd experienced wore off, he made to check up on exactly one of those people. And his search came up empty.

So, he turns on the video, stepping out of one of the shuttles and heading through the hallways of the Blue Fish, heading to the bridge]

I'm not sure who she knew all that much, so I'm making this public in case anyone's missed it and gets worried about her.

[He flops down into his captain's chair with a heavy sigh. This sucks.]

Korra's gone. Home, hopefully. Which is probably a better thing for her. Important Avatar business and all that.

[And then there was one. Again.]

[It's always a good moment, buddy. Sokka offers a small, tired smile. ]

It's okay, she will be. She's a pretty important figure, back home- in her time. She's where she belongs.

[If there's one thing that he's learned, it's that the world will ALWAYS need its Avatar. ]

That is good to hear. [He nods. Happiness is such an important thing.] No one belongs here. Even when we try to make the best of it.

Still, it is always difficult to lose a friend.

[He leans against the door.]

I also wanted to make a request.

That's true, but I still plan to turn this into a good thing, one day. Being stuck here.

[He's going to find a better life for those with no life to go back to. He's determined to do that much. He won't allow Atroma even the smallest of victories, here.

He glances, up surprised.]

What do you need?

[There is a small joke on the tip of his tongue but he decides to refrain from it. It would not be nice to refer to the lump of stone that represented his lady Suki and the fact that she looks like, well, more of a lump than a woman.]

It is not too bad. All things considered. It beats being dead, I can tell you.

[Robb straightens his shoulders.]

I wish to spend a couple of days at my lady mother's place. I know we are in the middle of repairs and all... [But I need to get away...]

[Never insult the lump. The lump is all. The lump is beauty. ]

Oh.

[He sounds surprised really, for such a simple request. He smiles nodding. ]

Go for it. I've got the repairs handled. You did your fair share defending the ship. Go spend some time with your mom. It's been a while since you've seen her, right?

[And given how Westeros IS, he doubts Robbs HAS many more chances to spend time with her. ]

[Robb looks somewhat relieved when Sokka agrees to him being away for a couple of days.]

Yeah...the last time I have seen her was...before I died. We have a lot to talk about. [He sounds a little awkward as he says that, eyes shifting from Sokka’s face to the ground.] Jeyne knows I will be there. If she asks to visit, deny her.

[Because he has a lot to think about. He cannot do that with Jeyne begging him to return, proclaiming her love.]

Well, sure, there's a lot to talk abou-

[Okay, no. Wait. That last one is weird. ]

Uh. Well, for one I can't really deny anyone anything, I mean, sure I'm captain, but I can't go stamping my foot and telling people they can't go places and for another thing...why?

You are the captain and you can command the others on this ship. It is part of what you do.

[He did it when he was back home and they all obeyed him without a doubt.]

Express my wishes to Jeyne, it is all that I ask.

I can ask people to follow instructions, if I think it'll help the ship. Or if we're in some emergency situation, but I'm not about to order anyone around. Especially for something like this.

[He knows how to be a military leader but this...this is not that. They're two very different worlds. ]

I'll tell her you don't want to see her, but I'm not going to command her to do anything. Understand?

[Robb deadpans a little at the way Sokka says this. But then again, to his captain this must be nothing but a simple lover’s spat.]

Yeah... yeah...you have the right of it. [He nods.] I should not involve you into this. It is between Jeyne and I.

[He makes a dismissive gesture with his hand.]

Let us keep it with my original request then.

[That's pretty much what it looks like. Sokka is really not great at this kind of thing. Aside from beating the shit out of him when they first met, Suki's given him a pretty easy ride of it. ]

Then that's fine. If you need time away from her, to...deal with whatever this is, that's fine. It's understandable.

[He lets out a soft, annoyed sigh. ]

I'll let her know you want to be left alone, at least.

[Look, Sokka, you can be annoyed all you want but that only makes Robb deadpan a little. His requests are perfectly valid.]

You have my thanks, captain. [He nods deeply.] If you need me, please do not hesitate to call upon me.

[Bring it buddy he can deal with deadpan, wow. ]

I will. Good luck with...whatever the heck it is.

[Robb smiles and nods before he turns.

He does not like lying. And to pretend that everything is remotely all right while it is not so, he is getting quite bad at that.]
