I'm assuming I can take "how's eternity been for you" to mean she's been around for a while?

She doesn't count. She's immortal. We immortals don't get old.

I would say that living for a long time counts as old.

It does not. You can't really grow old if you don't age.

I'm not counting old as closer to dying, I'm counting it as having lived a long time.
