It's not, but you never know.

I think they're more likely to make them go haywire than to take them away altogether. More entertaining for the audience that way.

That was a long time ago for me. Over twenty years. But Kyriakos was not the first time I had lost my memories thanks to beings who wanted playthings.

So... Basically, you have the worst luck, is what I'm getting from this story.

[She can't imagine dealing with that kind of situation twice.]

Was the first time as shitty as the second?

Thankfully, I don't hear a lot of that sort of talk. Most people are ambivalent, and some think it's better than home.

[At least Wrath did. Erik falls into the ambivalent camp, these days. He had hated it in the beginning, and still does in some respects. But he has nowhere better to be.]

Yeah, I've heard from a few of those too. Always kind of depressing, but what can you do?
