[ And she is, as quickly as she can manage. Really, she's a touch frustrated that she can't just apparate over to him, but she gets on a shuttle and is over onto the Blameless before she makes her way up to the lab. [ just sporting a headache and slightly sick to his stomach. he leans into her, however, a bit too much of his weight against her. he's usually mindful of these things but today, it all seems to be put aside. ]

[ Hermione doesn't care; she's half-carried more people around than she'd care to admit and some of her training has made her stronger than she was before. All she does is brush her fingers over his face, careful and concerned. ]

[ he can still see their faces, the way panic had made them hectic and terrified. ]

[ Shifting, Hermione adjusts her body, moving so that she can wrap her arms around him, holding him close and squeezing gently. ]

It's the wreckage. I vibed it after a few minutes inside. I don't know why. Maybe it's what they're planning for us.

There was one in the woods and one down there. It's like - they keep going down but I couldn't tell why.

[ Frowning, Hermione squeezes his hand gently. ]

Yeah, yeah there were, they were human.

I mean, they looked like humans and they acted like humans. If they had any supernatural abilities, those were definitely water-proof if you know what I mean.

Well, some of us have supernatural abilities and don't look at all like it, so I suppose we should give them the benefit of the doubt.

[ Pausing outside his room, she watches with a gentle expression. ]

There's a wreckage in the water, there was a wreckage in the forest a few planets ago. Those ships sure did look familiar in both cases, right? You think that's what they have planned for us?

I don't know. I think they're underestimating how dangerous we can be if that's the case.

[ She frowns, dragging him to his room and towards his bed. In charge, as ever. ]

I don't intend to let anything like that happen.

Maybe those were the last two rounds of --- guests in this fleet. Maybe it's not the Atroma who did that. Maybe they lost control.

[ She settles down, sitting on the edge of the bed as she reaches to brush hair from his face. ]

We can't know for sure and I don't think we have a way to investigate it right now. [ Which is annoying. ] It's not as if we can just ask the Atroma...

I could try going down there again.

[ not his best plan but she's right. it may be their only way to find out anything else beside what he's already seen. ]
