[Tyrion's face appears on the screen, scarred and faintly bemused, as he peers at the feed, then shifts something off to the side. Some sort of computing device. He shifts it again, and the screen changes, narrows, with a small bit of scripts running along the top. He sighs, shakes his head a little.]

I need someone who has the communications augment. This ... this is not secure enough. It is secure, but not secure absolutely. Which is what we require.

[He grumbles, and goes back to fiddling with wires.]

[He smirked, as he gestured the other man in side as he brought the goodies over to his desk.

So how are you going? [ Maglor comes to perch nearby, nibbling on a tart of his own ]

[He gestured to the device in front of him with a faint smirk.]

[ Maglor laughs ]

All I see are bits and pieces of machinery scattered around - you are talking to the wrong Feanorion for mechanics, I'm afraid, or I'd offer to help.

[He sighed, rubbing the back of his head.]] If I could just figure out the trick of the thing ...

[ Maglor eyes the contraption dubiously ]

Are you sure it is not specifically designed to be overly complicated.

[Tyrion gave him a baleful look over his coffee.]

I never design anything to be overly complicated.

[ Maglor smiles sweetly back at him ]

Are you absolutely sure about that.

[Now Tyrion is just going to glower at you, pretty-boy-elf.]

Well ... nothing so complicated that I cannot put it back together again, sir..

[ And he's just going to grin back ]

[Tyrion muttered as he drank more coffee.]

I am also the person who makes you good coffee and brings good food.

[ Smugly ]

[He sips his coffee.] And it tastes delicious.

That is well, for I would hate to have served you bad coffee!

Also, I can definitely recommed the something fruit pie-tart thing.

I shall try this fruit pie-tart thing in a moment. First I want to be more awake.

[He sighed as he poked at his device with a screwdriver.] It is doing Something.

[ Maglor eyes him with a raised eyebrow ]

But is it the Something you want it to, or am I going to have to drag you out of here when it suddenly catches fire?

[ Because he remembers having to do exactly that on occasion for several family members ]
